Great location with easy access to main roads. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony. Great outdoor seating for dining and large grass space great for kids to run around and play. This house easily accommodated our large group for meals. Highly recommend! Also the host/owner checked in via text after we arrived to make sure we got into the house ok and had everything we needed.

Quaint and very family friendly!

The kitchen, baths and laundry room were well stocked. Fun yard games for the children and comfortable relaxation areas for all ages. We had grandparents, parents and children from 9 to 13 - all loved it!

First VRBO - great experience!

Our hostess went out of her way to provide support. Our family of 10 ranged from 65 to 11 months. The house was a great fit for us and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful gathering place!

Our daughter’s wedding was in a small town outside the Tri-Cities and we needed a large house to accommodate family coming from out of town. This house was perfect as every bedroom could accommodate adults (no bunk bed rooms). We hosted a rehearsal BBQ on the beautiful back lawn using the 2nd full kitchen. Our wedding party got ready at the house and our photographer loved the sunlit rooms for pictures. Kelly, our host, was so responsive to every question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location and property

Each room was clean, with multiple beds in most rooms. The kitchen(s) were clean and amply stocked with utensils and maybe more importantly coffee supplies! Would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

The location is excellent although the highway can be a little noisy at times. House is well appointed but could use some upgrades. Very clean!

Roomy Getaway

My 3 cousins and I getaway every year all coming from different directions. This house was a favorite! Lots of rooms to choose from, comfortable living spaces for us to chat and an easy kitchen to cook meals in and chat. Loved playing a yard game out back in the yard overlooking the river! Great Place for sure. Lots and lots if beds and reins as well

APWA Fall Conference

This property was perfect For a group of men going to a conference. We all had separate rooms, nice kitchen, and it was close to conference center and local attractions. I love the outdoor seating and the overall vibe of the house.

Fantastic home!

My family stayed for two nights. Easy location to get to. House was clean and exactly as described. The deck was amazing and we spent lots of time visiting and playing games on the deck. The house was quiet and clean. Kelly was amazing to work with. Would stay here again. Planning a trip for next October.

We enjoyed our stay . We stayed for a full week. There was lots of room and beds for all of us. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and very prompt. The house has two outside porches to enjoy the beautiful view of the river. One is downstairs and one is upstairs. The kitchens were well stocked.
