Beautiful views

Our stay was great there. The property was clean and as described. The views were amazing. Only negatives were there was only 1 elevator working during our week long stay and the security guard there is overbearing and policed our every move as if we shouldn’t be there.

It's hard to find a condo with two masters and this one was great! Great seating in the living room too. The kitchen was a little cramped, but had everything you need. We didn't cook anyway so it didn't matter. The mattresses need updating, but the furniture was very noce

Spacious and amazing view

The property was amazing. The room was just as described. Well stocked and the view is amazing. Very convenient location. We had 5 adults there and there was plenty of room! Thanks for having us!

Loved the balcony!

This property was exceptional! Clean and well appointed. Great location and easy beach access. Comfortable beds and living area. The view from the master and balcony access was our favorite. Lack of communication for early check-in was annoying but overall we would definitely chose this condo again

Awesome views!!

The condo was much bigger than it looked on the pictures. The views were awesome, and we loved being on the end unit. There were dishes, utensils, and tons of space...we enjoyed and highly recommend. The owner was very responsive and I am so glad we chose this property to celebrate our anniversary vacation in PCB. Thank you.

Nice and Spacious

Great rental. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. View from master is spectacular. Balcony furniture was very nice quality. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to a keyless entry system. Keeping track of keys was difficult and one key only worked part of the time.

1207 vacation

The living room Tv needs replacing. Lines in the screen. Door from living room to balcony very hard to open. Could use an overall deep cleaning. The layout was terrific. A lot of privacy for each bedroom. I would stay here again

Dream Vacation Spot!

We stayed for a wonderful week in September 2021 for my birthday and my daughter’s fall break. Everything was exactly as pictured and as noted in the listing. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were everything we could ever want - comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and an inviting and enjoyable living space. The kitchen included SO many extras that have been missing from other places we have stayed such as: hot water kettle, blender, cooking utensils, wine bottle opener, coffee pot/keurig, AND MORE! There were ceiling fans AND an extra fan in the closet!! Our favorite part was the covered balcony with rocker/swivel chairs! The same chairs we have at home, actuallly, so we were literally in a home away from home. Parking was always a little interesting. The spaces are somewhat narrow and then there are concrete walls just about every 3 spaces. Part of the parking deck appeared to be under construction though. That may have changed by now. We always found a place though, that was never an issue. We also never had elevator issues - we might have waited a little longer during certain hours but not so long that I would complain. Bottom line, I can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was extremely beautiful and clean.The view from the balcony and windows were breathtaking. We’ve stayed in other condos in pcb before but this one has been the best.

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Our family really enjoyed having two master suites. My only complaint would be the wait time for the elevators. It was very frustrating to wait 20-30 minutes each time we left our condo.

Spacious

The Sterling Reef Condo check-in and check-out easy. The Condo 1207 was clean based on the wear and tear from usage. The Kitchen, first bedroom upon entering and the bathroom had mold. The front load washer and dryer were modern convni, but the washer has mold on the rubber seal. All and all it was okay condo for the amount of time we spent in it.

Great return stay

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s still our favorite. There are some new updates - master bath, kitchen, bedrooms, and furniture throughout. The new master shower was great! The property is well maintained, parking was easy, quick beach access, and lovely views. It definitely feels like home away from home. I look forward to returning again!

Amazing Stay!!!

There was no check in… Just park, go to your room and there you go. Easy! The Condo was better than described! It was clean and very comforting! With it being a large corner unit it was very private with amazing views! My family and I have been to Panama City Beach every year since 2015 and I have to say this was the best cleanest condo we’ve had yet! Very Pleased!!!

Nice Place, Good Location

The condo was in a great location to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay—just 3-10 minutes. My family and I did enjoy this location overall! A few things were that the outer frame of water/ice dispenser on the freezer side of the refrigerator fell off unless very gently handled. The frame was already broken at the bottom so it essentially had nothing to hold it up. The drawer with the silverware was broken on the left side which appeared to be previously fixed but maybe the glue finally gave way. The stackable washer and dryer were very convenient being in the unit but being a front loader, the washer had mold in the rubber gasket. Mold isn’t great to start, but I am allergic and I had a minor allergic reaction after washing clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving but several items still had the sticker on the bottom of the cookware and were unusable as I was afraid the adhesive would be an issue on the stovetop or oven. The dishwasher didn’t appear to be fully inserted into the cabinet as the padding was visible on the right side, so we did not use it. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! The hot water kept up with 3 showers going at the same time and we didn’t have to plan around 4 people taking showers and getting ready before going out to eat. The views were amazing and great view of the sunset every night overlooking the pier. Having the beach service included was great as well!
