Family vaca

We had two families with us so the three levels with a bed and bath on each floor was perfect. Everything was as advertised, the beach is an easy walk, the house was very clean and beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this place, it was perfect for us.

Perfect by the Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The home was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to enjoy meals together, unwind on the patio, and explore nearby shops and restaurants. A great place to create lasting memories with loved ones. Highly recommended.

Memorial Day family trip

Our family makes a beach trip once a year with my mother, age 78 and kids and grandkids. This year we stayed at St Tropez. We love the area of Miramar Beach. The home was really nice and we all enjoyed our time.

Our Family! Party of 11!!

The house is beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids under 14 years of age. Very clean, linens are nice. Bathrooms are large and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed thru the week. Nice patio to spend the evening on. The pool is great! Short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyable

We truly enjoyed the property - each couple had their own floor and room. The gathering area was used for planning and relaxing. The outside patio areas and furniture were dirty but we managed. We had small maintenance issues that the staff addressed quickly and professionally. Wonderful time together!

My stay in the house was excellent! The area were the house is located is calm and relaxing unlike other houses which seem packed with people. I loved how the view from the balcony’s looked and how the kids reacted to it. My children loved the house and were left jaw dropped when they saw the size and the different amount of unique details the house contained. In addition the location from the house to the beach and other restaurants is perfect. It’s not to far neither to close. It helped a ton going out to relax while the house was a few minutes away. Thank you and we will be looking forward to rent here again.

Stay here! You won't be disappointed

Great location, right across the street from the beach. When you need groceries there's a Winn Dixie within walking distance (about 4 min) walmart is about 15 minutes away. Plenty of places to each nearby and a outlet mall about 2 minutes away if you wanna shop and we did. The house is absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed for our stay. You will need to bring more toilet paper and paper towels, but that's to be expected. You could really fit more people in here then listed if you had to. But I had just my family which isn't small.

Everything was great!! It definitely could have been a lot cleaner. I had to re wash all my bedding,clean out the fridge it was really bad,the disposal stunk,there were dead bugs everywhere. I just don't think the cleaning staff did much of anything, but the place itself was very spacious,great view close to everything and the pool was amazing.

Miramar Beach Family Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St. Tropez. Upon checking in to the house, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome note and new boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. We had inquired about these items after booking, but didn’t expect that they would be made available. Very nice surprise! The house was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute drive or less to many restaurants, stores, and local area attractions. It was great having a community pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Would have preferred a heated pool, but the kids didn’t mind it. The house was very spacious, had good views of the gulf from the 3rd floor balcony, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the dishware and cookware needed. This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast and would definitely like to make this an annual family trip. Would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay there again.

Dryer doesn’t work

I chose a rental with washer/dryer for my family & when I notified management it wasn’t drying properly they were unable to get it resolved. I paid 6K to have a comfortable place for my family & their solution was to interrupt my vacation by going to a laundromat despite listing a dryer as an amenity. We could have stayed anywhere else for a fraction of the cost. Other things to note, filthy floors (my baby’s feet were black after just minutes of crawling) & couches with zero cushion. For a large family, it would have been nice to have enough dishwasher tablets to last us the entire stay (at least 1 per day would be reasonable).

Good location.

The location is great. Close to many amenities. Short walk to the beach. There was no working ice maker in the house. There were three in the house and none of them worked. It is a bit noisy if you are sleeping in the 3rd floor master(garbage trucks at night, street noise, lawn care early in the morning). If you travel with kids or light sleepers, I would recommend the bottom floor. Many of the homes in the community are under construction, so there is that added noise. Much of the community seems as if it has aged out and is in need of updates. The house could stand some maintenance (several little things broken, aside from the ice makers) and thorough interior(we found some not so pleasant surprises in the bathroom) and exterior cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our trip. I don’t mean to nitpick but the little things go along way and as a property owner or potential renter, they are things I would want to know.

Beautiful home, very comfortable. Everything you need is in less than 1mile radius! A dozen restaurants, shopping and grocery store easily walkable. Walk to the most beautiful beach across the street!
