Girls Trip

Easy check in and out. Great location as grocery and CVS are in walking distance. Outlet mall too. No extras in the kitchen such as salt/pepper, cooking oil or spray, Saran Wrap, etc so if you are cooking bring those items with you. Little toilet paper, bring extra.Plenty of towels provided. Beach location is nice and not very busy. Also, do not use app they provide before you arrive. No one responds when you message. If any issues, use the VRBO app or text the number communications come from. Immediate responses. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Great home right on the beach

This was an excellent place to fit 17 people for a one week stay. You have the beach on your back door step and they have an amazing rooftop to over look the beach. Whenever I get another big group of people together, we will be staying here.

Disappointed

The house and location are fantastic. Our issue stems from the AC unit on the top floor where the master suite and another bedroom are located. It was not working when we checked in Wednesday evening. It was 80 degrees. We called about it Thursday and a tech came out and replaced the thermostat and said it was fixed. It wasn't, apparently the coils were out. We didn't find out until Saturday afternoon that the part wouldn't be available until Monday, the day we leave. They offered to move us to another house, but at this point that wasn't feasible. We understand things happen, but sleeping in a room that was 80 plus degrees wasn't fun. All the other rooms were full so there wasn't another to sleep in. The management company reached out to the owners about compensation for our troubles and we were told they would issue us a credit. We are almost 2 weeks since we checked out and haven't seen a credit our had any more communication with them. We we very disappointed.

RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

My family and I were looking for a quick fall break getaway. We wanted a beachfront house and that’s exactly what we got! It is steps from the beach. Step out the back door and you’re on the same walking to pick your perfect spot. The beach was wonderful. It was not crowded. While it was still public, you had more than enough space for your own private spot. The house is huge! The elevator was much needed! Having 4 floors, some days we just did not want to track up the stairs, so it was an amenity that was very appreciated! Host was very thorough and easy to get in touch with. They have a lovely app that makes easy navigation and understanding of the property, check in and out process along with info on the area. Mentioning the area, it is a perfect spot! Right across the road from a great shopping area, and so many restaurants within minutes drive! We’re going to try our best to book again! Absolutely loved this place!

Beautiful home in paradise ❤️

The house was amazing. We roof top was great for an awesome view of the beach and sunset. Comfortable beds and great den/kitchen made for the perfect place for game night and meals. Numerous balconies enabled us to get views of the waves rolling in. Not to forget the beach right out the back door. The kids loved crabbing. Restaurants blocks away was a convenient touch. Management was timely in response to pre-arrival questions. It was clean. No complaints. Our family loved our time together. Sad to leave. We will be back there.

Gorgeous home on the beach!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this property. It was spacious, very clean and the perfect location. The view was spectacular. The house was properly supplied (towels, plates, tissue, paper towels, etc.) The management company was very detailed the check in and check out process, I would definitely recommend this home!

Location location location

We were allowed in at 4 pm. No sooner. The location is absolutely incredible. I would go back just for the location. Be prepared to do a full shopping. Not many extras. The house itself needs a little TLC.

Beautiful beach home

The house is in the perfect location. Beautiful views from the balconies and the rooftop, where I stayed most days reading a book and watching the ocean. The house is very spacious and we had no trouble finding it. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing location & curb appeal.

What can you say to perfection? The house is fantastic. The beach was gorgeous. It had all the amenities—a small pool. The staff were so helpful and so kind. The location was spot on with four stories of pure bliss. We have plenty of room. The elevator was such a blessing, considering my husband just had knee surgery, and my mother is 73 years old. We would love to come back. You have your own private beach and it is gorgeous and so peaceful. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us. God bless you, The Forrester’s

Hair in the beds and showers, none of the bathroom doors locked, you can see through the windows in the showers and by the toilets the little bamboo shades are see through!! Like I said location was perfect.

great location

a lovely house in a great location. A few issues I sent thru the hospitality app to make aware, and hopefully correct for the next renters. I would recommend this for families with small children as the beach access is perfect. The splash pool is also a plus.

Needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is amazing, but the rest of the experience is mediocre for the price. The A/C was not working on the day we arrived and all of the windows are screwed shut! So, you are on the beach but you can't open any of the windows to get the ocean breeze. What a shame! Several of the windows are under construction or taped up and need to be repaired. The BBQ is completely corroded, full of rust and disgusting and unusable, so it shouldn't even be at the house. The Master bedroom doesn't even have a balcony, but the smaller children's rooms do, which is a total waste. There were no beach chairs or towels provided - FOR A HOUSE ON THE BEACH?? We were given 4 trash bags and 2 rolls of paper towels for a house for a week with several people staying there. The property management needs to step it up a notch and do a better job with this house for the price and location. I would not consider it a "luxury" rental compared to other houses I have stayed in.

Best One Yet! Did not disappoint!

My family and I have stayed in several rental homes in Destin & Miramar Beach and this one was definitely my favorite. The online description of this home is perfect and the process was effortless with this gorgeous oceanfront property. I appreciated the texts from the property management company updating me on the check in as we approached the property. Absolutely impeccable views from almost every window to the rooftop balcony and just a few steps to that sugar white sand. Spacious rooms with extremely comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean and all of the towels and bedding smelled wonderful!! Freshly cleaned EVERYTHING! Board games & books were an added bonus for families with a dining room table with enough space to play them comfortably. Don’t let any negative reviews stop you from renting this incredible home. From our first steps inside to our last ones out it was an amazing experience. Thank you for offering this phenomenal home to the tourists, we will be back!! ❤️❤️

First family family vacation! Best beach vacation ever!

We have been on many beach trips this was far more the best beach trip ever! The location was great! We could never ask for better beach and water the weekend was perfect! We had so much fun! The house was big enough for everyone to have there own spaces when in need of alone time ! The elevator was great the only thing with that is if the person that rode did not shut the door all the way if would not move! Lol so you would have to climb and see who left open. It was a lot of steps but I didn’t mind. The splash pool was great for the kids they loved it! The convenience of walking out ur back door to the beach was perfect! I feel like the little area around the back door needed to be cleaned out they had little things that stuck in ur feet they hurt. The look out was closed probably due to the huge wasp nest half way up the steps however the steps are steep small walking up and scary so that being closed was not an issue for us. We will definitely be renting here again. Oh could use a light in the elevator as well and it is hot in the elevator but not a deal breaker!

The Beach is AMAZING, It Gets the Best Beach we have been too (including Mexico)! We would recommend this place to Everyone! You literally walk out your back door to the Beach/Ocean! All of the people in the area were all very friendly! The grocery store & other stores were all very close! Its in a great Location! Our only note would be next time to bring extra blankets/pillows as we were a little short with those!
