Honest opinion did not have the best stay here, lots of issues went on in which they did help solve half and were trying to be helpful. But would not go back here for the cost and what happened.

Everything was good. We had a great time. We realize it's a rental property and people don't take care of things like their own. There were several maintenance issues that need to be tended to. Just for your knowledge ... Light bulbs out, garbage disposal didn't work, latches on bedroom doors didn't work, floors looked dirty and furniture was covered with lint. There were no teaspoons in the drawer and only one dish towel and dishcloth in kitchen. Sounds like a lot but we really had a good time and these are just items you may not be aware of.

Great place for a friend’s weekend

We came to Nashville for an early 30th birthday celebration for my husband. There were 8 of us on the trip and we had a great time staying here! We were 1.5-2 miles away from every place we went so the Uber/Lyft rides were pretty inexpensive. We would definitely stay here again!

We stay in a new city every year. This Nashville pick was lovely! Lots of stairs, so keep that in mind. Really great place to call home base while exploring Nashville.

Great spot for a big group!

This was a fantastic space for our 9 person bachelorette party. Every person got their own bed, and enough bathrooms to go around. My only recommendations would be a couple more mirrors in the bedrooms!

Nash Getaway!

We were extremely happy with our stay! The condo offered a lot of space for our friends to enjoy! The condo was clean. Nice touch with the lights and music playing upon arrival. That was exciting for our guests! Communication was great and quick! I would defitely recommend a stay with StayMinty!

Awesome Property

Our family of four and our friends' family of five stayed in this great property managed by Stay Minty. It was well stocked and well cleaned. The four bathrooms were beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our time and had no issues whatsoever. It is centrally located and very close to downtown. Our friends toured Franklin, and we enjoyed taking in all the historical areas in Nashville while we were there. I highly recommend this property!

DX Ranch Adventure

We came to town to see if we won the Top Producer of the Year at a banquet downtown. Sadly we didn't win but it was an honor to be considered. Staying in this nice place while stranded in the snow took some of the sting off of not winning. Thank you for everything. We will definitely look you up next time we are down in Nashville.

Goes beyond the stars.

The stars saybit all. Was a great location it accomodated us all. And the host was great to work with. One accomodation i would say. It would have been nice to have a crock pot. Just to have something warm for when we got back after broadway. . In our who group there was no negative comments about the space we had. Everyone was 100% satisfied. We will be back .... Wonky Floorplan, Rigid Rules, Inflexible Management, Cheap furnishings, Poorly Stocked Kitchen

First the positives: 1. The unit was clean. 2. Photos were accurate. 3. Location was good (easy rideshare anywhere we wanted to go. The negatives: 1. Management should put photos of the floorpan for each level in the listing. The biggest, nicest bathroom is attached the the bedroom with two double sized bunks, The "master" on the main level only has a 1/2 bath. 2. Kitchen is not well-stocked. Complete lack of pots/pans big enough to cook for a crowd. There were only 7 dinner forks in the unit when we arrived and no salad forks. No oven mitts or kitchen towels. We had to call and request these items and were told we must not have looked in all the drawers because the cleaning/turnover crew ensures all these items are in the unit before check-in. I had to take pictures of the content of the drawers before Stay Minty management agreed to bring what we needed. 3. Furniture is in bad shape. The couch upholstery is stained and the padding has worn away; you feel like you are sitting on the frame of the couch. The king mattress in the upstairs bedroom is past end-of-life and very sunken in. 4. No dining table. This unit holds 12 people. There is a narrow ledge along the wall in the kitchen where 4ppl can sit on barstools and eat + 4 stools along the kitchen island. This is the only inside seating for meals. 5. Expect zero flexibility from Stay Minty management. They have scripted answers for everything. 6. Parking is limited to two spaces in garage

Overall it was good, but don't expect a helpful "homeowner"

The place is fine. It was clean (other than some towels with lots of stains) and in a decent location not far from Nashville activities. It has lots of beds, though not enough bathrooms if the beds were all used, and there is no dining table. Most in our group were happy with the beds. The king bed upstairs had a mattress that was way past its prime and had big dips on each side. Similar problem with the big sectional that definitely needs to be replaced. We asked specifically about kitchen supplies for a large family dinner (serving dishes and serving utensils) and those things were not there. The response from the property manager was "We do have chef knife, can opener, wine opener and aluminum foil in the unit." It became clear that this is simply a corporate-run rental property that provides only the minimum. All the appliances worked well. It was nice to have a garage, even though the door opener broke a couple days into our stay. No issues with noise. The extreme cold during our visit wreaked havoc on the heating in the unit, but that would have been difficult to predict. (The main entry door was extremely drafty, causing the thermostat to keep running the heat.) We asked about early check-in months ago and was told to check back the week before arrival. We did so and were basically told to pay $175 to check in a couple hours early (we asked for 60-90 min) but if the unit was ready, the code would be made available. Well, the code was provided at exactly 4p even though the unit wasn't rented for multiple days before and after our rental. The lack of friendliness or willingness to try to accommodate was very disappointing. Overall, I certainly recommend this unit as a place to sleep/stay, but don't expect anything special.

Great Property that is Near Everything

We stayed for 3 nights with 12 family members for my daughters graduation from Belmont University. We were able to have some of her friends and families come over for dinner that evening. Plenty of room inside and the rooftop patio is awesome. Check in & check out was easy and efficient, beds were comfortable and more importantly everything was clean and maintained. For those who have trouble walking up and down stairs be aware, lots of steps to be able to enjoy the rooftop and to get to the main floor. This is not a knock on the property, its just something you should take note of.

Great house in a super fun party of town

We had the BEST time at this home. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like in person. They personal touches and sweet welcome gifts were wonderful after a long day of travel and a very late arrival. There were just a few minor items that we needed repaired and property managment was on top of it and very responsive. The house is great for groups

The house is great for groups. The house was very clean and in a great location. It was odd that the room setup as the master only had a half bath and that the rooms with the bunks have the full baths. The provisions were bare bones. One towel per person is the rental companies policy. Bring anything special needed in the kitchen and bathroom.
