Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

This unit condominium has wireless internet.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 326 offers complimentary in-room high speed internet service and a good ocean view across the courtyard.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Great Place

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was easy and very comfortable. In these times of Covid it was so nice to be with family where I felt comfortable and safe. We really needed it and this place provided us with that. I saw them cleaning the pool area many times. Thanks for a great vacation.

Sisters Vacation

The room was very clean and in a great location. This is not your typical rental where there are condiments and hygiene remaining. It is corporate owned and items like toilet paper are rationed- bring your own! Location was perfect- right in the. Each!

Great place to stay

This locatuon was great for our stay on St Simons Island. The condo was as advertised. The management company was very good about letting us know about checkin, services if they were required and checkout was all very simple. If planning are taking umbrellas and chairs to the beach, be sure to have a wagon or something to help with the transport through the same. Also be patient for the elevator. This is a family friendly location and offers beach and pool as well as access to riding paths.

Return trip to SSI

My family of 5 from Indiana enjoyed staying here for the week! We loved how close it was to the beach...we brought our own chairs & umbrellas, but there are rental chairs & umbrellas available for added cost. After a long day at the beach, we hopped in the pool to cool down. Some of the restaurants are currently short staffed so we cooked a few dinners in the condo, which had everything we needed for wings in the oven or spaghetti. The master shower needs a deeper clean of the grout and the shower head. There were plenty of towels and beddings for the week.

Beach Family Vacation

Very nice and convenient location. Property was pretty clean. Living areas had been updated. However, in our opinion, the bathrooms needed some updates. Overall, a nice vacation.
