Offered by Hodnett Cooper, this two bedroom, two bath condominium is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen and large combined living and dining area.

North Breakers features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. The community is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. North Breakers 410 has a great beach view, one of the closer views within North Breakers complex. This residence is ideal for small vacationing families and extended winter stays.

North Breakers 410 was recently remodeled to include tile flooring throughout, bathroom updates and a kitchen update. In addition, North Breakers 410 features complimentary in-room wireless internet service along with a BluRay HD player.

Small dogs under 35 pounds are accepted for a $150 non-refundable charge. Absolutely no cats permitted.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!”

St Simons Retreat

We enjoyed walking and biking from the neighborhood. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed having coffee on the deck with a great view of the beach. The kitchen is very well appointed for preparing meals at home. Our fur baby also had a great time. It is always challenging to find a nice place that allows our dog, but this one was both!

The unit was good. A bit dated, but clean and felt safe for all. Glad to have the pet friendly place close to the beach. The pet area on the end of the building was quite small, and not lit after dark. I would suggest making this improvement.

Fourth of July get away

We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend at the rental. Very clean. All linen and towels were plentiful. Bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. comfortable furniture. Pet friendly and close to the beach. Walk there in a couple of minutes. The fireworks on St Simons were just down the way. We sat in chairs on the beach and got a great show. Without having to fight the crowds. Just what we wanted. I highly recommend this unit.

Nice homely place

Very nice place. Very home from home. Comfortable and rather excellent collection of books. Useful little guidance notes on appliances. Would stay again.
