Lack Of Communication

Very nice property. View of the ocean was beautiful. Lost power at 4:00 a.m. only 1 bathroom was usable. Contacted the property manager at 7:00 a.m. and was told someone would be by at 9. At 9:20 a.m. I called back and they said the power would be back on at 11. Still stuck inside waiting. No update given and at noon I called back again and asked if they could at least keep me updated. Elevators were not working, only the center building one was working. Power wasn't restored until after 4:00 p.m. We also lost all the contents of our refrigerator too. Very disappointed at the lack of information being sent to us and pretty much lost a day of being able to use condo.

Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback, we are extremely sorry about the power outage. Unfortunately we have no control over the utilities including power. However, we do have control over responding to our guests and with 24/7 customer service try to be available no matter when We will have a reservation specialist reach out to you discuss your concerns and this matter further. Thank you and we hope to welcome you to St. Simons again.

Beach Club was a winner!

Impeccable detail in the unit, property was very nice as well. Well maintained grounds and facilities, a quaint atmosphere to enjoy the beauty of the island. Will stay here again!
