This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

Condominium is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.

North Breakers community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking.

The community is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

This residence is ideal for small vacationing families and extended winter stays. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Great location - Good Overall Experience

My wife and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. The pictures make it look a little better than it is. There’s nothing wrong with the property, but it’s a little old and the ceilings are a little low. The hot tub is not working and there is some construction which we were warned about before booking. Overall, it’s a clean condo and it’s very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, but there are nicer condos in the area to rent.

Beach weekend with kids

We had a great vacation at this property with 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived to a spotless place and fully stocked kitchen with anything required to cook meals. Short walk to the beach and super close to all the restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice and the location was convenient.
