This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

Condominium is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.

North Breakers community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking.

The community is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

This residence is ideal for small vacationing families and extended winter stays. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! This is a nice condo. There are a lot of things sitting around and several chairs the seemed serve no purpose other than decorating the place. However, this is a nice place for the price.

Great complex and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice and the location was convenient.

Beach weekend with kids

We had a great vacation at this property with 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived to a spotless place and fully stocked kitchen with anything required to cook meals. Short walk to the beach and super close to all the restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great location - Good Overall Experience

My wife and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. The pictures make it look a little better than it is. There’s nothing wrong with the property, but it’s a little old and the ceilings are a little low. The hot tub is not working and there is some construction which we were warned about before booking. Overall, it’s a clean condo and it’s very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, but there are nicer condos in the area to rent.

We'll Be Back

Very nice

Condo was very nice and homey. The location of the condo was great- on the beach, near restaurants, attractions and town. Easy contactless check-in/check-out.
