Wonderful Condo

Had a wonderful time at this condo. The kitchen was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The property was good sized and well looked after. It was in a great location and walking distance to Kailua-Kona. We had a great time.

Great apartment in Kailua

The rental was centrally located and the check-in process was smooth. The only issue was that the power was out when we arrived and we had to turn on the main switch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The unit also had beach towels, picnic blankets, and snorkeling equipment which was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, view and cleanliness!

The condo was incredibly clean and organized. We were very close to all the downtown attractions and has an amazing view from the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable and all of the kitchen appliances were brand new. We felt very comfortable and safe within the condo. Was great to have our own covered parking spot. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing sun chairs. We’ve stayed in this complex on many trips, and this condo is by far the nicest experience.

Clean, quiet condo near downtown Kailua-Kona

Very comfortable condo that is well-maintained and equipped for a family staying on the Big Island. The condo is in a very quiet complex with a nice pool, barbecue grills, etc. Only a block from the downtown area so convenient to shops and restaurants. Assigned parking spot so you know where you will be parking. Distant view of the ocean and very nice greenery on the grounds

Hard time finding the exact condo. Better instructions ….didnt know it was third story..although we enjoyed the view. We would stay there again. We were offered choices for extended stay. we only got 1 hour check out. The maid still showed up at 10 am…didnt know we were leaving at 11.

Vacation adventure on the Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation adventure on the Big Island was fantastic. The condo is just across the street from downtown Kona were all the excitement is for music and resturants. We were able to fly into the volcano area to see the lava flow and fissures burning on a helicopter charter. Rented a jeep and drove to green beach and black beach and to the observatory. We drove from one end of the Big Island to the other end all in 7 days. We were not bothered by the vog during our stay in most of the areas we drove or in Kona. We will tell our friends to come to the Big Island and stay in Kona. Thank you for letting us stay in this condo. It was so convienant to everything we wanted to do on the Big Island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kalanikai 306 with our young son. The accommodations were clean and mostly well-stocked. The newly-remodeled kitchen was nice to cook in (the only thing missing was a blender!). We really enjoyed the community pool and close proximity to dining, brewery, and groceries. The entire complex was pleasantly quiet. It seemed to be a mix of tourists and locals. We weren't bothered by it, but the assigned parking space was a bit far from 306. We had to walk around the building and up to the third story. No elevator on premise. Overall, we would recommend Kalanikai 306 to fellow travelers.

Great condo

The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable and the check in process was easy! Only thing we didn’t like was a couple of nights we were woken up by people yelling outside. That being said we never felt unsafe I just think the homeless population is bad in Kona. The location was great, central to everything and loved having a reserved parking spot! If we ever come back to the big island we would rent this space again.

Easy to book & find... close to main strip, walk to shopping, restaurants & beaches. Nice view of Church & water from Lanai. Uncomfortable couch, confusing TV set up & loud air conditioning but we were out most of the time. Good value for clean & close to town!

Great Location

Condo is in very good condition. Has all the kitchen equipment we needed to fix meals in the condo. Easy walking distance to the markets and stores. Is on the third floor and there is not a elevator, stairs are good for you! Nice pool area. Has cable TV. Has a three ring binder of information which was very helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

Excellent Central Location! Right across the street from Beach 🏖

This was my second time staying in this Development but the first time in this Unit. The Condo Development is “very basic” looking upon arrival but the Location, Pool and BBQ Area are delightful. This Condo was in a great location and was extremely clean upon arrival. In addition, it had all the amenities one could ask for available. Iced cold waters in the fridge upon arrival, fresh Kona coffee and all sundry items needed in the Bathroom. The owner also, very generously, has lawn chairs and beach towels for your use. I’d highly recommend staying here - Clean, Excellent Location and competitive daily rates. The Wi-Fi needs upgrading, it is very slow and the unit can get quite warm/hot. Other than that, highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is beautifully renovated with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed. It's an older building but this specific unit is practically brand new and so is the pool! I was a bit worried that the pool wouldn't have much shade, but later in the afternoon, the sun goes behind the buildings and it's perfect at the pool. It's in an excellent location. 10 minute walk to Alii Drive where all of the shops and restaurants are so we didn't need to get a rental car which was awesome. Overall, for the price especially, this place is perfect!
