I’ve shared your comment with our operations team so we can: - inspect sofas, chairs, mattresses and cushions for wear and support - repair, re‑cushion, or replace pieces that don’t meet our comfort standards - review the listing description to ensure expectations match what’s in the unit If you can message us through Vrbo with which pieces felt uncomfortable (living room, bedroom, patio, etc.) and any details, we’ll prioritize those items and discuss appropriate next steps. Hi John, Thank you for your review. We take feedback very serious and are always looking for ways to improve. We apologize that we did not commutate all the moving pieces of the issues you reported. We had to get approval for replacement curtains, and then we had to order them. We apologize that this did not get done while you are here, but we manage the property for an owner and that type of thing needs to be approved by them. We apologize for issues with a TV, we do not see where that was reported.

Check in time does begin after 3PM, we did send that information ahead of time, we apologize if there was a little mix up. We didn't see any notes about cleaning or maintenance items while you were here, we wish we had known so the items could of been addressed while you were here. We hope we can make this up in the future.
