Really good vacation and stay!

Would recommend renting this apartment again. Nice area, quiet and close to everything. The grill was missing according to the add. Nice place that I would recommend.

Excellent location. Lots to see and do. Brilliant choice of eating places.

Excellent apartment and complex. Home from home. Had everything you needed. Food shopping just at the end of road. Had a fantastic time. Shopping and lots of restaurants just across the road at the Boulevard ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely property and excellent location. Only negative is the lack of privacy around the terrace areas. Ann the key holder was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment, highly recommend

Lovely modern apartment in a great location. Annie was a gracious host and sent all the details in plenty of time. Anita was excellent as the property manager and went above and beyond to accomodate us, despite our flight that was delayed by 3 hours. Would recommend.

Excellent

The property was just as described. The complex is very secure with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Ann was extremely helpful at check in / check out and also during our stay when we had some questions about the local area. Would highly recommend!

Stay

The location and property complex was beautiful and the owner was very easy to deal with during the booking process. The property cleaner/ manager on the other hand was rude and extremely hard to communicate with we would not stay again because of the way she treated us.

A fantastic apartment,space,well equipped, two full bathrooms one en suite. Superb setting. Good quality throughout. 5 minutes to Mercadona, 5 minutes to Zenia Boulevard. Idyllic.

October week holiday.

Overall really good, modern 2 bed apartment in great location. Only negative comment is noisey upstairs in the morning moving furniture about at 7am every morning, should be ok unless it was a permanent resident.

Great location

The apartment is in a great central location in la zenia. Handy for supermarket and shops at the boulevard. About a 20 mins walk to the beach and lots of choices of restaurants and bars. Patio at the front and back giving access to sun and shade at all times. The patios are well furnished and the back one is just along from the pool. The only negative we had was that we were not aware that there we no sunbeds allowed at the pool area.

Nice apartment, but not the manager

Apartment was nice, but the manager lady was rude. The apartment actually looks nicer than the photos, but the dishwasher smelled really bad and ruined the overall good feeling.

We had a lovely stay

The home was exactly as expected, the pictures we saw before matched well. Before we arrived, we received a quick response and pleasant treatment from the owner. It was a smooth check-in where we met Anita who was very nice and helpful. She was available on Whatsup throughout our stay and responded quickly. The location of the accommodation was great, so close to everything, really top notch. Close to the boulevard and a short walk to the fantastic beach. Very close to all grocery stores and all types of shopping. The market in the area which is once a week was also within walking distance. Also to various restaurants and pubs. We are super happy with our 10 days! Even though we needed to leave at 4 am, Anita met us and it was an equally smooth check out.

Location & apartment excellent!

Love La Zenia, keep coming back for more! It's a very safe, clean & friendly area, with lots to see & do. Easy drive from new Murcia or Alicante Airport around 40mins. Oasis Beach apartments our favorite, lovely secure gated complex, quiet, clean, modern, short walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, beaches, fantastic shopping centre, casino, quiz nights, music. Short drive or taxi to Torrevieja, Villamartin & Cabo Roig our favorites, with many more places a bit further away, also plenty of golf courses! Fantastic walks, the new promenade from lovely La Zenia Beach to Cabo Roig 45mins to find the marina & La Bahia restaurant wonderful, walk further & find another beach bar, restaurant & marina! I could go on. Will return again & again.

Made our holiday so easy

Easy to locate just 2 minutes after leaving the main motorway. 5 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. 15 mins to Paddy's Point. We had a car and enjoyed the fob to open the gated parking. The house has everything you need including satellite for all channels across many countries. Heating was excellent on the cold February evenings. Comfy bed. 2 showers. Gets the sun in the morning on the front terrace and partially on the rear terrace late pm. There is a Mercadona just around the corner which we used every morning for freshly baked croissants and baguette. Anne was on hand for any queries and checked in with us by text throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again. A holiday made all the better because of this property and its location.

A relaxing stay in the winter

We had a nice stay in the apartment during the winter, the outdoor area during the winter is lacking a bit of the sun except on the front of the house as the buildings are blocking the sun most of the day. However it is nicely located near a modern shopping center and some nice beaches.The apartment has a good kitchen and living room with all we needed during the stay. The bedroom(s) were well sized and the beds sleep well. The two bathrooms were clean, however the walk in rainshower in one of the bathrooms is not matched with the capacity of the hotwater boiler meaning you will be out of warm water in a few minutes showering. Probably less of a problem in the warm summer.There are three airco units which quickly raise the temperature to a comfortable level in the winter and you need not keep them on for long so no issue with the electricity budget. Overall a good place to stay, in the summer it is probably even better with the outside area and pool.

Very poor Customer Service

Unfortunately our holiday was ruined by very communication and customer service by Annie. We paid upfront for everything before our arrival as per invoice outlining all the charges. On arrival we were hit with extra charges. I had all the documentation and images to show we had paid for everything in advance, however I continued to receive messages in which she would try charge extra for different things throughout our stay, each message was something different. Very disappointing and stressful to deal with this on holidays.

Suite à notre séjour du 28 juillet au 12 août, nous tenons à vous faire profiter de notre expérience.Le logement est conforme aux photos et d’une propreté impeccable. Noter que la terrasse offre une vue parfaite sur le parking ainsi que sur le bâtiment d’en face. Pour apercevoir la piscine il faudra vous placer en bout de terrasse.La salle de bain/toilette de la chambre parentale est en partie composée de parois vitrées opaque qui laisse passer la lumière dans la nuit.Lors de notre séjour, nous avons tachés les draps et housses de lit avec de l’encre de tattoo. Cela nous a valu la modique somme de 26 euro retenu sur notre caution par la locataire. Nous lui avons bien indiqué que cela partait très facilement avec un bon détachant mais rien à faire… Si nous vous partageons cette expérience, c’est essentiellement pour faire ressortir le caractère particulièrement désagréable de la propriétaire qui souhaitait par la même occasion nous faire payer un couvre lit décoloré… Le plus désolant dans cette histoire n’est pas le fait de passer à la caisse pour remplacer les draps que nous avons tachés. C’est bel et bien l’attitude de cette personne.Nous vous déconseillons donc cette location et vous encourageons à passer votre chemin…

Avant la parution de votre commentaire vous m'aviez prévenu qu'il ne serait pas bon Donc je ne suis pas surprise par celui-ci Simplement parce que je vous ai fait payer les dommages que vous avez commis et reconnus C'est la personne qui s'occupe du ménage qui m'a averti que le linge etait taché et qu'après lavage les tâches n'étaient pas parties Il est donc normal de le remplacer pour les clients suivants qui ne comprendraient pas d'avoir des draps tachés C'est bien dommage que vous ayez réagi ainsi et m'accuser d'être désagréable alors que ce nest pas du tout le cas Tous les commentaires positifs en sont la preuve
