Pool and general outdoor area of the house was excellent. Bit of a learning curve on the controls for the pumps/etc but we figured it out! Sink and mini fridge in the lanai did not work. Indoor was nice, the layout worked really well for our group. Had some issues with the TV in the living room not operating properly but we didn't have much case to use it anyways - the theater room was great though! Kitchen was minimally appointed but had all the basics. Washing machine made a VERY loud noise when in use, meant we couldn't really run it while we were in the house but our stay was short enough it didn't matter. Great quiet location, not too far from groceries/restaurants/attractions.

5 Stars! The backyard oasis including the pool, spa, put green, basketball/sport court were amazing! The house was very clean and the beds were all comfortable. The kids loved the movie theatre room, pool table and shuffle board game. It was spacious for all 12 of us and we would definitely rent the property again.

We had an amazing stay at this property with two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and it was exactly what we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation!The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals together, from a variety of pots and pans to plenty of dishes and utensils. It made mealtime easy and enjoyable.The entertainment options were a huge hit. The pool table provided hours of fun for the adults and kids alike. And the private pickleball court was a unique bonus! We played every day!The pool was perfect for cooling off in the Arizona summer heat and the kids enjoyed the slide. One small note: the texture of the slide did cause a few holes in our swim trunks, so we’d recommend using older swimsuits. It didn’t take away from the fun, just something to be aware of.Overall, we highly recommend this home to other families or groups looking for a well-equipped, activity-packed place to stay. We’d definitely return!

Pool oasis

Our stay at this property was great! The pool is what we loved the most as well as the theater room. The beds are comfortable and the host is very responsive to any needs.

Family get away

It was an hot summer over 110 everyday but we didn't even notice because we spent the entire time in the pool. This is a great house if you have kids.

Family Vacation

The house was very well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. There were 10 of us ranging from 5-50 and we never felt on top of each other and there was room to spread out. The pool was fantastic, there was so much to do and the communication with the hosts was better than I’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back!!

Great week in a great house

We stayed here April 26- May 3, 2025. House location was great. Large lots for all the homes in the area and quiet neighborhood too. We took our adult children and grandchildren ages 1,3 and 5 and hardly ever left the property because they all enjoyed it so much. The pool was amazing we paid to have it heated and ended up having to turn it down because it was too warm! Used Shipt shoppers for groceries and brought in take out a couple of times and ate on the covered patio. The pickleball court and putting green were a hit with the kids. The yard and ebterior of the house could use a little sprucing up but all in all a fantastic place to stay as a family!

Disappointing

Spent 5 days on property for Spring Training. Property was listed with lots of outside activities for adults and kids alike. Inside of home was clean and had nice layout for 3 families. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with enough cleaning supplies, dish towels, trash bags, etc. Be prepared to bring your own. Ice maker did not work on refrigerator. Outside was a major disappointment. The pool and spa were non functional 4 out of 5 days. Technicians were sent out 5 times and issues were not resolved leaving us without one of the major reasons we booked this property. And, dead mouse was in pool when we arrived. Property management was not willing to give any compensation refund for lack of nonfunctional pool/spa. Would not book again. Not worth money spent.

The property location was great for why we were there. The property is not new but appears to have some recent updates. The management team of the property was very attentive with and issued which came up I would recommend a stay here isf visiting Scottsdale.

Great house for a family Christmas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time renting this house during Christmas. The house fit the 10 of us very well! It was nice having 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and the other two on the other side. The pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, game console and golf were a hit with all of us. The Kitchen was large and nice to cook in. The inside table needs extra chairs since we couldn't sit outside at night. There are a few cosmetic items outside that could be fixed. Overall I would recommend this property. The Management company was very helpful!

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this property for our family vacation! It met all our needs and provided everything we could ask for. From spacious and comfortable rooms to great amenities, we didn’t even feel the need to leave the house. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together.The only minor issue was the pool, which could use some cleaning, as there was a lot of dirt and leaves at the bottom. Other than that, everything was well-maintained and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Family getaway

Unique looking home. Loved the backyard area. Really wish there was a heater in both the hot tub and the pool. Definitely found with our group that we would’ve been using both simultaneously, particularly because the air was cool during certain times where some of our family would have enjoyed visiting with those in the pool while being in the hot tub. Even if it meant an extra daily charge, it would’ve been worth it. Loved having the laundry facility, just wish there was a laundry basket. Would’ve definitely been helpful for transitioning things from the dryer to a place to fold them. Also appreciated the start up waters in the refrigerator, but would definitely have enjoyed simple things like salt and pepper, Nonstick spray, things that you don’t necessarily wanna have to purchase at the grocery store because you won’t take them home and you won’t use them all. Management was very responsive when had questions through texting. Appreciated that there were lots of beach towels. Do wish that we could’ve controlled the temperature in the home a bit easier we were unable to get it to heat up in the evening to a comfortable temperature and it was a bit cooler. Master bedroom was nice however it would be nice to have a barn door something that would separate the bathroom from the actual bedroom for slightly extra privacy. All in all we enjoyed having our five kids together now that they are getting older and the house definitely worked for our needs. Great location as well.

Unbelievable property

Went out to celebrate daughter’s college graduation. This house was perfection. Beautiful yard, with something for everyone to enjoy. Property manager was terrific, and quick to respond. We would love to stay there again!

Excellent

Appreciated the location, variety of activities available both indoors and out, roomy, great pool/hot tub, enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. On the whole, the house is tired, in need of TLC...painting, carpet is filthy, had to deal with rats between the house and garage. For large groups need another refrig. That said, would do it again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had many things to offer and it lived up to expectations. The backyard area was useful and perfect for gatherings, whether around the basketball hoop, outdoor living room or spa, the space was memorable. The indoor space was great for gathering as well for 12+ people as it offered games and large amount of seating around the TV. Location was fantastic for golf. Many great courses were within 15 minutes. The staff was very responsive and accommodating to our needs.

6 adults all enjoyed our stay, very clean, lots of amenities, games, pool, hot tub we all great. Never left the property just cooked and hung out for 3 days.
