We had a great stay at Blue Lupine. The condo was very nice. Andree, the property manager, is fantastic and responded immediately when we reached out to her. Beautiful beach and great location.

Blue Mountain Beach Condo was great!

We loved staying at the Blue Mountain Beach condo. The condo was well furnished with nice comfortable furniture, a great patio and everything that you could need in the kitchen. We would highly recommend and hope to stay there again. The location was great! Pool and beach were very nice too!

Family vacation

My husband and I, our adult daughters and 15 month old granddaughter had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the private beach area. Everything was great! Would stay here again!

Girls Weekend

The condo is delightful. It has everything you need for a family and/or a trip away with your girlfriends! The pool and beach access are wonderful and Blue Mountain is just a darling little gem on 30A!

A relaxing time

Fabulous hospitality and clean!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean and well furnished. The short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs were a major plus as well. Also, Southern Hospitality is by far the most professional, responsive and organized company that we have ever rented from in the 17 years that we have been going to 30a! Highly recommend!!!

Would come back again and highly recommend to others

This property was exceptionally clean and just as described. Nicely stocked kitchen, great floor plan, tastefully decorated, and cozy furnishings. The property is in a great location & the owner was very responsive. From the main balcony you can see the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful too. Easy to walk, bike, or drive to neighboring communities for further exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!

Incredible experience

This was the best vacation we have been on. The welcome packet is so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and farmers markets, live music etc!!! The communication was quick and easy. We are so thankful to stay with southern hospitality and already have our vacation booked for next year. You won’t regret booking with them!! ❤️

Perfect Location for our family!

We have wanted to visit 30A beaches for two years now and were delighted that we chose Blue Mountain to stay in. We enjoyed visiting the beaches we had read about like WaterColor and Sea Side but nothing compared to our quiet condo with the ocean all to ourselves! It was peaceful and beautiful exactly what we had hoped for. The Condo was very clean and Andree answered every call and text within minutes. She was incredible!

Highly recommended, will be back!

We loved our stay at Blue Mountain! All the great reviews about Andree’ & the property were true. She answered every question promptly from start to finish. I am a clean freak, and the condo itself was immaculate. When we went in mid-August, it was not crowded and there were other families with small children like us. Overall a fantastic location (on the beach) and atmosphere. We easily went back & forth from condo, pool, beach & back! Within 5–15 min drive you can find anything — restaurants, shopping, grocery, & more. We’ve been in the Destin area before and this is now our favorite spot!

Our new favorite vacation spot on 30A

We’ve stayed on 30A many times and this is now our favorite spot. Previous stays were in the Seagrove/Seacrest areas but after experiencing the much less crowded Blue Mountain area we will choose this end of 30A in the future. The condo was clean, modern and right on the beach. It was nice to be able to sit at the pool and still see and hear the ocean. The rental experience was also top notch. Andree communicated directly with me from the time of booking through our stay. And while we didn’t have any issues, I am confident that she would have taken care of us immediately if we had. I highly recommend SHVR.

Blue Mountain

My girlfriends and I have vacationed in Blue Mountain for the past 2 years. This property was clean and updated and the communication with the property manager was spectacular. She answered as soon as the phone rang and was committed to making our trip one to remember. We will be back next year!

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

We chose this condo and location for the old-fashioned beach escape that is not crowded, but close to everything. It's location on 30a is perfect. It's easy to feel right at home in our condo.
Life goes at a slower pace and this is definitely a hidden gem. This complex (is only 48 condos) and is nestled among private homes and has the backdrop of a nature preserve. Best of all, a gorgeous private beach waiting for you.
It is the perfect get away that we would like to share with you.
