The name says it all, “breathtaking views!” The the surroundings were just gorgeous, even the drive up there. The cabin was immaculate. Very cute and cozy and just as it was described in the listing. The hosts were very attentive, reaching out each day we were there to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire process was seemless. I wound highly recommend them!

Honeymoon Great visit, way too hot to do anything. So we stayed there the whole time. Pretty sure we did not miss anything. Seen a bear and its cub, very cool and exciting. Cant wait till fall to revisit.

April stay

The place was beautiful and very clean. The location was up a pretty steep mountain, but the road is paved and the view is gorgeous. The owners respond to any questions pretty quickly(within 12 hours). We would stay here again!

Wonderful!

Our stay in this cabin was wonderful! We have stayed in many cabins over the years and this one is one of our favorites! The drive up was beautiful and the views are amazing. We had everything we needed and were close to many activities. We will return! Thank you so much!

Very relaxing and peaceful

We loved this cabin! Loved the location and the best view of the mountains! Very peaceful but wouldn’t recommend bringing kids because it’s so far away to do anything but us as adults loved it!

We just finished a stay at the Elkmont views cabin with our family of 5. It was perfect. So much space. So beautiful!! We had brought a pack n play for our 2 year old and then our 8 and 12 year old slept on the pull out bed from the couch.The drive up the mountain is beautiful as well but definitely a bit steep. The unit had a washer and dryer as well which was awesome since having kids this is so helpful. The communication with host is wonderful. Pretty fast at responses. Always helped with any questions I had or concerns before and during our stay. We chose to spend most of our stay in the cabin. Cooked, played games on the game table and used the hot tub.(There were wasps but this is expected due to the wooded area-bring wasp spray.)We Even got to see a bear walk out from under the deck off into the bushes one night. We were well prepared with what to bring for ourselves but this unit could add a dustpan, cutting board and grill utensils. Thank you for hosting us. We would definitely come back!

Breathtaking view and so private

My wife and I really enjoyed a 3 night stay in this cabin. The view was so beautiful, cabin was clean, the area is so private and quiet, and the process was easy. We had an issue with the heat out our first night, making the cabin cold. But the next day, they were right there and had it fixed while we were out and it was warm and had no further issues. Hot tub overlooks the beautiful mountains and at night it is spectacular viewing all the stars out. Location is secluded but only about 15-20 minutes from the main Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge strips. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked this cabin for the view and I was not disappointed. The view is truly magnificent. I was really looking forward to sitting in the hot tub on the balcony as the pictures showed. We were not able to turn the hot tub on and after texting and emailing we were told it was working. Our second night, we tried again but could not get it to work. That wasn’t terrible, but was disappointing. For information of future guests, there was no coffee in the cabin. Since all other places we have rented have had coffee, we assumed there would be. We would have brought instant if we had known. The remote location makes it hard to return to a store after arriving. Also, any guest should put any food in the refrigerator. We left a box of peanut crackers on the stove and during the night a mouse got into them, nibbled on a package and left droppings. I understand that this is a cabin in the woods, I just wish I had known to not leave anything out on the cabinet.

Wonderful

The view at this cabin was beautiful. It has everything we needed for our stay. Short drive to gatlinburg while being secluded in the mountains. Would definitely be back!

Would stay again

Property is just as listed. The only issue som people may have are the Yellowjackets. There has to be a hive near by because they are plentiful, but what’s to aspect in the wilderness.other than that awesome stay amazing view!!

Wonderful location very nice cabin. needed some trimming of bushes around deck they blocked some of the wonderful views. The mice in the cabin were a issue but given the location and setting I'm sure this is a ongoing battle. over all a wonderful experience.

Quaint little cabin

The cabin is a delight - it IS very secluded but I love being up in the trees, away from the hustle and bustle - it makes for excellent stargazing! Bed was comfy and hot tub was great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the fact that there were wasps in the cabin. I made sure we did not leave any doors or windows open at all other than going in and out, and shutting them immediately behind us, yet there were still wasps inside. Some wasp spray might be nice to have on hand inside the cabin is my only suggestion! I actually did get stung on the foot when putting my contacts in- I don’t know if I stepped on it or what since I couldn’t see! but I was relieved it was me and not my son who was stung! I know bugs are common this time of year in the mountains - again, maybe some wasp killer would be handy to have on hand. We loved the cabin and view!

Loved the location and views!

Overall, I was happy with the cabin. I loved the fireplace. My only two complaints are that the hot tub leaked and only one jet really worked,a couple kind of worked but seemed blocked or something. So the next day I figured I'd try the jacuzzi inside and was disappointed that it not only wasn't hot but only one jet worked there. However, the pool table upstairs was an added bonus and the fireplace made for some cozy, relaxing nights. I did communicate with the property manager while I was there about something and they were quick and timely to respond. If you are looking for a cabin with great views this is the one! It has the pool table and arcade game upstairs for some added fun. Hot tub and fireplace downstairs for relaxing times. Communication was great.

Fantastic Cabin with Fixable Problems

We stayed at this cabin for our honeymoon. The style and decor of the cabin, the location, the view, and the amenities (offered) would make this a five star cabin, easily. The problem is in the little things that added up: the outside pane of the windows above the front door were broken and hastily cleaned up leaving small shards of glass on the porch and yard, there were loose and broken tiles that can cut your feet if you aren't paying attention, the remote control didn't have batteries, the Wi-Fi password I was given was wrong, the Jacuzzi tub didn't "Jacuzzi", the dryer didn't tumble, the hot tub gave me a yeast infection, and there's a rather significant mouse infestation. To be fair, I was never able to get in touch with the rental company and I'm sure they would have fixed what they could if I had. I tried calling the day that we checked in but they were closed and at the time I was only aware of the glass and tiles and opted not to leave a message. We were busy in the park the rest of the week and I wasn't able to call during business hours.
