We want to thank our hosts for a wonderful vacation. Great location and clean condo. You can tell that the owners take pride in providing a top notch experience for their guests. Came face to face with the local black bear too (folks were calling him Hank), so the Gatlinburg experience was in full force. We hope to return in the future. Thank you so much!

This condo was great! We loved everything about it. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, yet still quiet with really nice views. The condo is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and so clean. The host was very friendly, helpful and quickly responded to my questions. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

These was a perfect location. Long weekend trip to celebrate anniversary with friends. Only downside is that there is a very steep hill to get up to the property that could be difficult for some to walk it.

Thank you for choosing our property for your anniversary celebration. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and had a wonderful weekend with friends. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hill; we understand it may be challenging for some guests. That is why we have easement rights to Quality Inns Tower Elevator to street level! That is a life saver! Your comments help us improve, and we hope to host you again in the future. Cathy & Glen

The condo was very clean upon arrival. The place looked better than the pictures. When you are on the balcony you can hear the creek flowing just down below. Located right next to the convention center made our trips there very easy and quick. The location was also towards the end of the strip so it made for convenient walking to the other end and back. 10/10 recommend staying here. Great communication by the host. By far, one of the very best rentals my wife and I have had over the past 10 years. The rooms were clean and orderly, and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. Gave us some details as to how to get from point A to point B. When attending any event at the convention center, THIS property is highly recommended. No need to pay for parking all over the place. Plan your stay and do some walking around. Close to Ober mountain, and a bunch of shops and restaurants. The views of the mountains is great. The air is fresh and clean. My wife enjoyed time in the pool, all by herself for an hour. Very stress free and relaxing, this is the GO-TO place to stay for a vacation in Gatlinburg.Thank you so much Cathy and Glen

We’re passionate about creating a truly elevated and exclusive stay in Gatlinburg, designed for guests who value privacy, comfort, and thoughtful detail. Inspired by the natural beauty and refined charm of the Smokies, our space is curated to feel both sophisticated and inviting.

We spend much of our time enjoying the quieter, more scenic side of the area—especially within Great Smoky Mountains National Park—and seeking out the best local experiences, from upscale dining to hidden gems. That perspective shapes how we host and the level of experience we strive to provide.

Our approach is intentionally personal and detail-driven. Every element of your stay is designed to feel seamless—from a meticulously prepared space to smooth arrival and attentive, yet unobtrusive, communication. We focus on creating an environment where guests can fully relax, unwind, and enjoy a sense of quiet luxury.

We also offer tailored recommendations based on your preferences, whether you’re looking for refined dining, unique experiences, or a more private way to explore Gatlinburg. Our goal is to provide more than just accommodations—we aim to deliver a stay that feels curated, comfortable, and distinctly memorable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose downtown Gatlinburg for its rare ability to offer both vibrant energy and refined convenience in one of the most scenic settings in the country. Being in the heart of town allows guests to enjoy a fully walkable experience—steps from curated dining, boutique shopping, and premier attractions—without the need to navigate traffic or parking. It’s a level of ease that elevates the entire stay.

The scene is dynamic yet inviting. During the day, the Parkway is alive with activity—guests exploring local galleries, enjoying cafés, and taking in the atmosphere of a true mountain destination. As evening sets in, the tone shifts to something more intimate, with soft lighting, mountain air, and a relaxed pace that feels both polished and welcoming.

What makes this neighborhood truly exceptional is its seamless connection to nature. Just minutes away lies Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where guests can experience peaceful trails, sweeping vistas, and the quiet beauty of the Smokies. It’s a unique contrast—spending the morning immersed in nature, then returning to a sophisticated, walkable downtown for dining and entertainment.

What we enjoy most is this balance of accessibility and escape. Guests have the freedom to design their stay exactly as they wish—whether that means a full day of exploration or a slower, more relaxed pace with everything close at hand. It’s this combination of location, atmosphere, and effortless convenience that makes downtown Gatlinburg not just desirable, but truly exceptional.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Summit Manor stands out for its rare combination of location, comfort, and an elevated guest experience in the heart of Gatlinburg. While many properties require driving, this condo places you steps from the Parkway—allowing you to walk to dining, attractions, and entertainment with ease, then return to a quiet, comfortable retreat.

What makes this property truly unique is how it balances convenience with a sense of calm. Despite being in downtown, the space offers a more relaxed, private atmosphere—giving guests the best of both worlds: immediate access to everything, with the ability to unwind in peace.

Summit Manor was designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The layout provides ideal separation between bedrooms, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups traveling together. Thoughtful touches—from a fully equipped kitchen to a welcoming living space—create an environment that feels both polished and inviting.

Another standout feature is its proximity to nature. Within minutes, guests can access Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making it easy to blend outdoor adventure with a refined downtown stay.

What truly sets Summit Manor apart, however, is the overall experience. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a space designed for ease, walkability, and comfort, allowing guests to fully enjoy Gatlinburg without compromise. Whether you’re here to explore, relax, or do a bit of both, this property offers a seamless and memorable stay in the most desirable locations in town.
