This listing appeared nicer online than it was. I will start with the positive- the beds were comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities- kitchen stocked with spices, coffee, washer/dryer with laundry soap, the bathroom was stocked with towels, tp, toiletries. They had a fake fireplace on for us upon arrival so the apartment was warm. Communication was good and I was able to order something from Amazon that I forgot so I was grateful for that. The things I didn’t like is the part of town it’s located in. It is along the spokane River but it didn’t look like there was a nice place to walk from there. When we drove up to our location I felt like I was going into a max security facility- everything was locked up with lots of spotlights which I ultimately was grateful for considering there was a person obviously living in their car across from the rectal. (It was gone in the morning but appeared every night) for 2 females alone this was a bit scary so I obviously didn’t leave anything in my car and locked it and alarm on. My daughter did not want to be left alone in the apt. The backyard hang out spot was fine except you could see the owners clutter and trash all over their back porch which was clearly visible. The front was also a mess and when I went to take the garbage out the cans were filled to the brim, I had to smoosh my garbage and recycling down a ton. Lastly the place needs a deep clean- a few cobwebs and the fans were coated in dust.
