Very nice bathrooms, especially the showers. Place stayed plenty warm despite it being 13 F outside. Great location, number-pad door locks easy to use.

Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the space was very well equipped. I would have given them a complete 5 star review had there been designated parking included. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving dinner and vacation.

Clean, cute, welcoming home

Prefect spot to take my teen and her friends for a sweet 16 trip. The immediatly surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but the apartment building is nice and feels secure. Loved walking to everywhere we needed to go. Would stay again!

Downtown gem

I absolutely loved the property. It was very clean abd had a modern feel throughout. Location was downtown and easy walking to a few comedy clubs and other things to do. Would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and inviting. Gorgeous decor, good working kitchen. A couple more chairs in lounge area would have been nice. Also watching a video to work the blinds was “meh”

Terrific loft and location

Terrific loft and location for four friends to spend some time exploring and enjoying the Spokane area. Loft was clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable with plenty of room for four. Just a couple of blocks from Riverfront Park and easy drive to see Spokane Indians, Couer d’Alene, and other area attractions. Food everywhere was terrific and so are the people, what a nice experience. Have to mention the Satellite Lounge, what a great local hangout.

This apartment was great for a getaway. Downtown Spokane is a great place to visit and this locations gives you access to it all. As with all downtown urban areas, you want to be aware of what is going on around you at all times. The building was secure and very clean. We would come here again.

Wonderful space be aware of location

Terrific loft, clean and private. We didn’t know about the parking limitations until after we confirmed. Can fully recommend the apartment just know the neighborhood has a prevalence of homelessness, and there is no assigned parking.

Downtown convenience

This rental is exactly what we hoped it would be. We were in town for the state basketball tournament. We were able to park our car for the whole trip and walk to the arena, shops and food from the rental. Everything was clean and the place was well equipped with anything needed for basic living. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern condos

Condos were great. We rented all four in the unit and it was perfect for our family attending a wedding in Spokane. The location is walking distances from everything you want and need; however, it is on a couple of blocks that are less desirable although we had not issues. Management is quick to response and very helpful.

Great clean property, not so great area

The flat was very clean and exactly like the pictures online. As far as the property goes, we were very pleased! However, you do have to park at an offsite parking garage to safely park over night and it was a bit of a sketchy walk to and from. Also, be warned if you have younger kids (mine are 3,6,8) the noise level from sirens and city noise in general is quite loud and I bit distributive to sleeping children. I personally love the city background noise so I wasn’t bothered by it, but they were.

Cool digs

Very cool property, spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Location was great - easy to get to GU, downtown, other hotels and restaurants. Could have been a little bit cleaner (coffee grounds left in coffee pot, stains on couch, blankets didn't smell clean). Also pretty random number of items in the kitchen (only 4 forks, but 12 knives, 3 wine glasses).

Perfect location for small group to enjoy downtown Spokane

Visited with company from Poland. We all loved the ambiance of the loft. Well designed and comfortable for our small group. Neighbors were a bit noisy in middle of the night but otherwise a perfect alternative to a boring hotel room.

Beautiful property

The apartment itself was great, could have used some more pans but we figured it out. Location was close to many different things. Communication could have been better, only responded to to first question before booking and after booking never responded.
