You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, allowing you to relax in complete comfort and privacy. Before your arrival, you`ll receive a unique access code for convenient keyless entry. Plenty of street parking directly in front of the property.

We respect your privacy during your stay. If there’s ever a need for someone to visit the property, we’ll inform you ahead of time. For any questions or concerns, the fastest way to reach us is via messaging.

Our apartments and town homes are located in residential communities but are walkable to shopping, dining, and downtown events. We have great neighbors, and we are away from downtown vagrant crime.

Public transportation is available, but an UBER ride is quicker. We are within a 5-20 minute drive from the Spokane International Airport.
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. If you have pets please utilize the side yard for pet waste. It is important that you pick up after your pet, it is a shared space and we ask that you respect the grounds.
