Has it all!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. The place is stocked with all the creature comforts you need from kitchen utensils, cookware, blankets, laundry and room fans! Everything you could think you need and more. Property manager was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in house and aware of fun areas nearby. Grounds were well kept and nice. Off street parking. Friendly and safe neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Ideal location, perfect host, and great stay! Would highly recommend.

I had a perfect stay! Great location. It was quiet and near very good restaurants. Jonathan has this place dialed in, and you can tell with the attention to the detail at the property and the clear instructions in preparation for my stay. It was easy to find and was the perfect home base for our trip to the Bay. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend staying here. If you see it’s available, BOOK IT! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, super clean space in convenient location!

I was in town to visit some friends and I found the location perfect for my stay to Oakland. The house was quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and the space was very clean. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and surprisingly convent access to the bart (and SF). The house was well stocked and thoughtful organized. I would highly recommend booking for any trip to Oakland and I will be back.

Fantastic Spot In Oakland!

This is the second time we have stayed here and each time has been fantastic. The location is perfect, and it’s so quiet. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and we were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen, except for those we ate out at one of the many great places nearby. And Jonathan was a great host, always quick to reply to our questions and needs! I would highly recommend staying here if it’s available, I know we will, next time we are in the area!

Great home, location, and host!

My daughter and I stayed here for our first trip to California. The home is exactly as it is pictured and described. Jonathan is an excellent host who provides a lot of extras so you don't have to worry about bringing or buying a lot of necessities (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, linens, towels, etc.). We liked the location of the house because we could take the BART into San Francisco and be there in 30 min. or we could easily drive to Sausalito, Mill Valley, Golden Gate Park, etc. You are within 15 minutes of Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, etc. so there's plenty to do! We definitely recommend driving up to Grizzly Peak and Indian Rock at sunset! Jonathan was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. Another perk was being able to park in the driveway versus street parking. We would highly recommend staying here!

I would definitely stay here again!

Jonathan’s space was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the flat had everything I needed to feel right at home. The location is very convenient, and Jonathan was very helpful in recommending a great place for dinner that had an outdoor patio. I would definitely stay here again.
