The property needs a lot of updating. Walls have chunks taken out and the trim in the bathrooms need to be replaced. Ends don’t meet and needs painting. Couch was comfortable but smells at the long end. Balcony is really nice. We spent a lot of time out there. Overall, condo needs updating but is comfortable.

Everything was great! The only thing negative was the parking garage…there were NUMEROUS parking spots blocked with cones limiting the parking spots available. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Very inviting when you walked thru the door of the condo.The décor was finished nicely. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was there with extra pillow cases within 60 minutes. Condiments missing was Salt & Pepper.Beautiful balcony with a nice table and 4 chairs. 2 piece comfortable chairs and a ottoman for relaxing outside listening to the waves. Will definitely stay in this condo again.

Roomy 2br condo beautifully decorated with all the extras! The view from the 9th floor was amazing! Condo is directly above pool so there is a nice view of that as well. Well appointed kitchen with pantry for the groceries and the best part was a large built in ice maker that we used to fill our cooler everyday for the beach. Beds were very comfy, as well as the sectional sofa which appears to be brand new. Air conditioner was cold which is a requirement for us! We loved the underground parking deck because our car was never too hot when we would leave for dinner! I must also mention that the condo is convenient to the elevator, which was so fast! We visit Destin every year and this was our first stay at Hidden Dunes. We are definitely planning to stay here next year!

The kitchen and living area were great for our family and accommodated every meal. The views were the main attraction. The balcony was truly spectacular The staff was truly exceptional! They discovered that the dishwasher was broken right before we arrived. They did everything they could to find a new one quickly and even brought us paper products to use in the meantime. Overall wonderful trip!!

Perfect location great condo

Me, my two small children and parents stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and beautiful. The views are beautiful and the condo is up to date. The only issues we had were that the spaces between the bars on the balcony were very far apart. I was extremely cautious of my three year old being near the edge. I also heard several others mention their concerns of this as well. One stating he wasn’t sure if they would even pass code. Also, the dishwasher was not working so when we left we had to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I haven’t heard back from the management company on that matter. Other than those two issues we had the best trip ! The walk from the first floor to the beach is short and the water and weather was amazing !

Great Getaway

This was the first time that my wife and I did a getaway on the beach. The view and condo that we resided was breathtaking. We are looking forward to returning back to the same unit.

This was exactly what we were looking for. The pool is warm even on cold days. Our grandchildren had a blast. Nicely furnished with great kitchen set up. We will be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a comfortable space with pretty furnishings. It is a clean unit. In the evenings, we enjoyed the spacious couch for relaxing. The balcony is absolutely the best part between the views and the comfortable seating. The kitchen though was lacking everything but cutlery. There were not enough cups, mugs, and plates for three people. The icemaker was particularly useful. It is the first unit in Hidden Dunes that has had one. The bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress, but the other two single beds were comfortable. This unit does not include beach chairs and it would be helpful if it did. The Hidden Dunes complex itself is centrally located both for going to the beach and going out shopping. The complex is well guarded by the security at the gate. Blue Beach Properties is an excellent rental management company.

Great stay

The condo was great; clean and quiet. The beds in the guest room were not too comfortable, though. Easy access to the pool and it was peaceful there. We had a wonderful stay!

This condo is very spacious, and has been recently renovated very tastefully so. Location is great. Our group loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely book this unit again. We had everything we needed.
