Serenity and peaceful property

The location of this home was simply perfect. Beautiful water view as well as view of snow covered mountains in the distance. This was our first time to the area and we just fell in love with the whole vibe of the island. The home was well maintained and we couldnt have asked for more. We definitely will be returning. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great location. Fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The Sat TV does not work but the whole point of our getaway was to get away and reconnect with family, so this does not detract from my view of the stay

Lovely Property and Cottage

The property was absolutely beautiful it was really wonderful to explore the bay in the kayaks that are provided. We ran into the folks that own the property and they were lovely as well, very friendly. The only negative is that the wifi did not work consistently, but that was alright as we were happy to have an unplugged retreat. Looking forward to staying here again!

Quiet home at the end of the road on the water, what a view. The whole interior appears to have been gutted and remodeled. They did a fantastic job.

House is aged but comfortable

We loved the peacefulness of the location and the view of the water from the house. Being able to access the peninsula via the wood steps was a plus. And, the location on the island was perfect due to vicinity to Obstruction State Park and Moran State park.

We loved being by the water facing the sun rise, beautiful view! Place was clean and well located. If you’re using one of the single bed mattress, we recommend putting it directly on the floor and not using the base it’s on because it sinks in the middle.

We enjoyed the comfort of the home. The home was well equipped for all we needed. The view was wonderful. The location was a distance from most places we wished to visit. We enjoyed the quietness along with the occasional moos from the cows next door.
