Great house with a friendly host

The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. Catarina is really attentive and helpful, with lots of tips for exploring the island. The location of the house allows you to visit many things quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Azores mother/daughter trip

We were so pleased with this property. So easy to access all areas of the island. Super markets were very close. Katrina is just wonderful. The house is very clean. We really enjoyed the terraced back yard. Highly recommend this property.

Baltimore does Sao Miguel

What a lovely place!! We had the best time here. Excellent location in a quiet part of town. Absolutely beautiful island! The weather can be a bit dodgy so make sure to bring an umbrella with you just in case. We were lucky that it only rained once! Will def come back! Catarina was wonderful gave us many suggestions of things to do and was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely home! Cheers, Soud and Yvonne

Wonderful, quiet apartment minutes away from Punto Delgada

We stayed at Catarina's from May 24th until May 31st, and we could not have had a better time. It was just my wife and I, but the apartment could easily and comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a little supermarket only a few blocks away (we had a car, which I suggest just for getting around the island and seeing the sights). The kitchen is not large, but it works very well (I cooked dinner two nights of our stay). The place is kept very clean. There is a washer and clothesline for your clothes. There is also a lovely back patio with a wonderful view of the town and surrounding countryside. The location was perfect, allowing us to get into Punto Delgada in a matter of minutes but without staying in the city center, where parking can be an issue. The apartment also has an excellent location for getting to sights on either side of the island. I should also say that our host, Catarina, and her husband were just lovely. There is a lockbox with the apartment key, which allowed us to check in at our convenience (and Catarina let us check in earlier than planned, which was very generous and helpful). She then came over to meet us and give us tips on restaurants and sights to see. She was very friendly and very respectful of our space and time. Perhaps most importantly, she and her husband were just a phone call away to handle any issue that arose. We really hope to stay at her property again. Five stars!!!

nette Ferienunterkunft

Casa bien ubicada y confortable
