Absolutely fabulous! Very comfortable with a beautiful view, especially from the upstairs balcony. Literally right on the beach with restaurants and lighthouse less than a 5 minute walk. The dolphins put on a great show daily. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing

We had a wonderful week staying at this villa. The unit is very nicely updated, clean, and comfortable. Great location with very easy beach access and within walking or biking distance of many of the shops and restaurants on the island. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had the best time staying here on St. George Island! The check-in process was seamless, location is within walking distance to The Blue Parrot for dinner, Weber’s for morning donuts, BJ’s for pizza night, and most importantly an easy, quick walk to the beach! My husband and I loved having morning coffee over looking the Gulf, my boys played sunset football on the beach every night, and we all enjoyed the quiet, comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We had such an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable furniture, and in good condition. Cant beat the location and the views! Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Located right next to great restaurants, The Blue Parrot, Ebbys ice cream, and BJs Pizza.

Beautiful view!

The place was as advertised. Very clean. Loved the beach front balcony and easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet, never heard neighbors. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Would recommend!!I spent most evenings sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, star gazing, and reading. I will point out to be aware of the stairs. It is two flights of stairs and they are steep and can be hard for anyone with bad knees especially. Just be sure to pack things in smaller, easier to carry ways since you have to take everything up and down the stairs. We also packed fans and the place had one fan. The a/c worked just fine, but given the FL humidity and the bedrooms on the 3rd level, it was a little too warm at night so the fans were a must.

Needs updating

My mother stayed at the Villas 13 years ago. Not in this unit. But a lot of the inside of this unit looks like hers did at that time. I had the opportunity to compare it to two other units that family had rented and this unit by far needs to be updated. Bathrooms are original equipment. Wicker bedroom and living room furniture (living room was very uncomfortable, we stayed 2 weeks). Kitchen had new appliances but that was it. Counter tops were Formica. Pots and pans and bowls were very disorganized and difficult to find, stuck back in a corner cabinet. The outdoor furniture was brand new but adarondex style and very uncomfortable.

Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. Communication with management was excellent. Our stay was delayed because of a mandatory evacuation of the island due to a storm; the management team communicated with us through out the delay. Everyone in my family had a great time.

Island Vibe

We were delighted with our stay at Island Vibe on SGI. The location is perfect, everything you need is walkable or bike-able, the condo is steps away from the ocean. The master suite faces the ocean with a private balcony, we slept with the sounds of the waves every night. The main floor also has a balcony. The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities, we were even able to check-in early! The area was quite and perfect for family or a private get-away, we would definitely return!

Retirement celebration

This is an older condo unit, but it had been updated nicely. Well stocked with kitchen accessories etc. appliances seemed new. Beware of the stairs though there are two sets and they are steep. I’m sure the description mentioned them, I just missed it The view is amazing and great proximity to grocery store, cafes etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Project manager for the exterior work needs a lesson on how to maintain a work sight. Trash and materials all across the property, not left presentable at the end of the work day. I am a retired construction project manager, my projects would never be left not cleaned up. Rental beach furniture left in stacks across the property, some left and not picked up by the rental company for over a month as I was told by other guests. Not acceptable. Yes it's winter but some attention to the landscaping is due. First impressions say a lot. My condo was nice. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable to sit on with out doubling up the cushions. Comfortable chairs need to be added to the porches, existing furniture needs to be removed, impossible to sit comfortably on. Trust criticisms aren't offensive, guests experience of their stay is a huge asset. I'll be back next year.

Wonderful Beach Front Villas

We actually stayed in A-3 because H-5 was being remodeled. The communication was wonderful with Forgotten Shores and the owner of A-3 was helpful and welcoming. Great communication all around. The Villas have been newly painted with new spacious balconies. Close to the ocean and very relaxing. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Close walk to restaurants. As a perk, we got free bike rentals through VaKay.
