New Years Getaway

Loved having two king suites and a room for our teenage boys with their own bathroom. Perfect for two families!

Below expectations.....Disappointing

Horrible check in experience. The unit wasn't ready until 7:15pm on the day of arrival. This is unacceptable when paying what you do for the townhome. The property management representative was very rude when asked about why the unit hadn't been cleaned. The cleaning service lead was also very rude and never once apologized for unit not being ready. The excuses of being understaffed would have been acceptable if they had just been polite about the delay. The front porch lawn chair collapsed while someone was sitting in it waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. The master bathroom shower was clogged and wouldn't drain. We just fixed it ourselves. One bedroom box fan had a broken blade. The microwave was barely attached to the cabinetry and felt like it was going to fall off the wall. The owner of the unit doesn't give you access to their bikes (locked up). I think this is the first time this has happened in 40 years of coming to Sunriver. The air conditioning is not powerful enough to cool upstairs. A couple broken knives in drawers. Eaglewood pool area is not what it used to be pretty dirty. Even though the unit has been renovated and looks great it looks like owners have cut corners in maintaining the unit. We don't recommend this rental.

Hi Jerry. Thank you so much for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. Once we learned of the maintenance issues you mentioned last summer, we did address them and the home is in excellent condition. We are always willing to fix what needs to be fixed and have high standards for customer service, so we are sorry to hear that you were not made to feel this way. I can assure you that your experience is not the norm here at Sunriver Resort, or for 25 Eaglewood. We hope to welcome you back again soon.

Great location and property

The house was so well located and modern and clean. We loved our stay. We wished that the pool would have been open but other than that no complaints. We would love to return!

Nice house and location.

Renting was easy. However, check in and out times should be adjusted. At the end of the day your paying to rent by the hour not the day.
