Family Hawaii vacation!

This home is beautiful! All accessories were sufficiently provided. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable - only needed a few more cereal bowls.The a/c system, tv and keyless entry app were a bit complicated, but we managed.The sunsets were amazing! We loved the pool, outdoor seating, tiki torches, and the birds!! Definitely the perfect choice! A wonderful vacation!

Celebrating Birthdays and Family

We absolutely loved our week at Kolea 14. My wife and I brought our three girls and their families over to help us celebrate my wife’s 70th and we had a ball. The house is beyond fabulous, and we managed to keep four grandkids entertained and engaged for a week with zero screen time! We did plenty of touring, ate a lot of ice cream and Poke and created a million memories for all. Now headed to Kauai for a few days sans kids before heading back to the mainland.

Amazing vacation home!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. It was perfect for our party of ten, mix of adults, teens and tweens. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfortable and the outdoor area was even better than we imagined. The perfect view of the spectacular sunsets! Kitchen was also super well stocked with equipment. House itself was a great location in Waikoloa area. Short walk to the hotels and shops. Property management was responsive and friendly, though we really didn’t need anything during our stay. Would love to come back again, mahalo!

Thanksgiving in Paradise

What has turned out to be an annual Thanksgiving trip to Hawaii, was spent in this beautiful home. The outdoor area was the highlight. The pool was spacious and there was lots of outdoor seating and dining area to use. There’s an added bonus of an outdoor TV, which all the men enjoyed as they watched football. The house is located in an area close to the beach, but is still quiet and relaxing.

55 Anniversary Family Celebration

We enjoyed the pool and sunsets, the back deck was set up nicely for a large crowd. We visited several beaches that were great, the volcano, the black sand beach, walked around Kona and enjoyed dinner at 2 local restaurants. Several in our group had never been to the Big Island before. The younger family members enjoyed the local coffee shops in the AM. Regarding the facility, the spa had some trouble which was resolved, the bath Jacuzzi in the right front bedroom never worked. Overall this is a great facility.

Absolutely beautiful

This is a fantastic property. There were 10 of us - adults and teens, and we all loved it. The house is gorgeous, huge, and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great and the view of the ocean from the backyard is exactly what you want when in Hawaii. Would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving in Hawaii

This property was perfect for our family of ten. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Our only dinner out was a luau. Loved the location and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Would definitely consider coming back.

True Paradise

A wonderful home to enjoy and relax. True to pictures. A wonderful modern home for those that might need to plug into work while enjoying paradise. Property managers helpful and accessible. Right down the street from Starbucks so perfect for a quick little morning walk. Right next to a picturesque beach so you can enjoy sunset from there or your own backyard. Look forward to another visit soon :)

Great House!

The house exceeded my expectations. Nice to have access to the private beach club, close to the King and Queen shops, and a quick walk to Lava Lava. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for an incredible experience!

This home surpassed our expectations and was ideal for our group of 10. As a VRBO homeowner myself, I know how much work it is to keep a home this clean and well-maintained for guests. It was a perfect home base for our island adventures and allowed us to have some very relaxing time together with our group. We felt right at home. The hardest part was leaving!
