When retiring for comfort, guests have the Master Suite and Junior Master Suite with direct pool and spa access. There is also a vibrant Queen Bedroom with Hallway Bath, as well as a fourth bedroom with direct access from the front entrance area, which boasts the convenience of Twin Beds converted into a King-sized bed. Laundry, professional-grade barbecue, and stunning décor round out this home away from home.

• Third bedroom at front of house has a queen size bed and is next to hallway bathroom.
• Fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate entrance with frosted glass french doors.

• All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's
• Beach Gear (Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Beach Towels) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally.
• Baby gear (Pack n Play, High Chair) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally.

Spa Heating (Included) There is no extra charge to heat the Spa. It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you simply need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps and takes longer to heat than a gas heater. About 30 minutes after initially turned on.

Pool Heating (Extra Charge) If you would like the pool heater to be set it will incur a $225 per day extra charge. You will need to arrange pool heating with us before your stay. The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9am - 5pm. Please note, on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means, the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning.
