Although everything is thoroughly washed prior to every arrival, August and September are the most humid months of the year. Perhaps that's what happened. And regarding the refrigerator door, this is the first report, so I will have maintenance look into it.

We would like to address this review which did not provide any specific details. It is important to provide you with the full context to ensure a fair assessment of our property and services. To begin, we would like to share some background on the guest who left the review. Upon their arrival, this individual and their spouse contacted us in an agitated manner, expressing frustration with their inability to connect to the internet. We promptly inquired about the login information, which was clearly provided in their confirmation, welcome package, kitchen manual, and refrigerator sticker. Surprisingly, they had been attempting to use the login displayed on the phone company's router. Once they realized their oversight, they profusely apologized for not reading the welcome package or any of the other sources where the correct internet login was clearly stated. Additionally, the guest reported an issue with water coming out of the washer and dishwasher. We want to emphasize that our instructions explicitly state that the water in Mexico is soft, requiring less detergent for both appliances. Despite this clear guidance, we immediately dispatched our crew to address the situation and thoroughly clean the affected areas. We maintained constant communication with the guest via telephone and email, following up at every step to ensure their satisfaction. Regrettably, when we asked the guest if there were any other matters requiring attention, they indicated that there were none. It is disheartening when someone who is upset chooses not to communicate any additional concerns to us directly, instead opting to post a negative review without providing any specific details. We would like to assure you that we take great care in presenting our property accurately. We include plenty of photos on VRBO, enabling potential guests to have a clear and realistic understanding of the unit's appearance. We appreciate your understanding of the situation and hope that this additional information allows you to make an informed decision when considering our property.

Thanks for the feedback, Darin. I will have maintenance check on the burner. We usually revamp all our units during the slow season (now) and will be replacing kitchen utensils, knives, etc. Also, the chairs that were in the patio were there temporarily while we did some repairs on the set we had which has now been moved back.

In the welcome package we sent, we encouraged guests to contact us if they encountered any problems during their stay. We wish you had reached out to us during your visit, as we could have sent a technician to address the issues immediately. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will have these appliances inspected and repaired as necessary. Hi Louis. Thanks for staying with us. I'm curious about your comment regarding the elevators. There are 37 privately owned condos (not rooms) in each tower. There are two elevators per tower. I've never heard anyone complain about our elevators which are exactly the same size as every resort on Sandy Beach and are sufficient for the number of units. Unless you mean you would like to rent a villa on the ground floor (which we also own), staying in a lower floor condo would not make a different. However, the views from our penthouse are unparalleled.

Hello Eduardo. We provide clean water. There are ice cube makers inside the freezer. Perhaps you missed them. The TV cable has been down for some time. Sorry about that. However, we provide access to Netflix, Amazon Video, ROKU, etc.

You stayed during a sold out weekend. There is nothing we can do about noisy hallways. You never once requested additional blankets. You had plenty of ways to contact us and we could have responded to your request. It doesn't help to complain after you have already left.

Hi Michael and thank you for staying with us. I hear there was a windstorm to caused some damage in all of Rocky Point. I presume that's why the vase broke. and why the cable was down. That's what caused one of our elevators to malfunction.

Thank Keith. Sorry about the elevator situation. We just bought new elevators but there were some technical issues during your stay. The elevator issues have now been addressed and people will have to burn their calories at the resort gym... ;) Thanks for the nice review and we hope to see you again in the future.

Hello Stephanie, Not sure about the deep cleaning since our cleaning staff is known for being extremely detailed when cleaning all our units. I will have them check again. We always wait until the slow season to repaint our units. That time is now. Since the unit has white paint, unfortunately, it shows more when it's a high traffic unit like this. Regarding the patio chairs. We had to remove our the original one momentarily for repairs, but it is now back. Those two chairs were placed there just temporarily.
