Kapalua is a golf resort community on Maui's west side, and Kapalua Golf Villas sits within that community's grounds, with four pools, tennis courts, and BBQ grills available to guests, along with complimentary parking and a beach pass for Kapalua's beaches. The villas sit roughly a fifteen-minute walk from four different beaches and directly adjacent to the Kapalua Bay Golf Course, and the west-side setting is known for calmer daytime waters and dependable, colorful sunsets most evenings of the year. The golf-course frontage puts nearly every villa within view of the fairways, and the complimentary beach pass makes it easy to rotate between the pool and the sand during a single stay.

The single oversized bedroom paired with two full bathrooms gives this villa more range than a typical one-bedroom, suited to a couple who wants extra room or a small family who prefers space over a second bedroom. This one-bedroom villa sleeps up to four guests across 972 square feet of interior living space, with the 300-square-foot lanai adding a substantial outdoor living area.

Every KBM-managed home, including KGV-22T5, comes with Laforre bath amenities and is cleaned by the same dedicated housekeeping team on every visit rather than a rotating pool of outside contractors. KBM's concierge team can help arrange activities and dining reservations before you arrive, and guests staying six nights or longer receive a complimentary rental car for the full duration. Local, on-island management is available seven days a week. Because KBM keeps local, on-island staff attached to each property rather than routing every guest request through a call center, most day-of needs are addressed within minutes rather than hours, and the same housekeeping team's familiarity with the unit carries over from one stay to the next. Contact KBM Resorts to check current availability and book KGV-22T5.

The Kapalua Golf Villas are one of the most esteemed resort communities in West Maui and perhaps the most exclusive luxurious getaway destination in West Maui. The four-diamond Kapalua Resort offers an understated elegance, world-class accommodations, championship golf, five-star tennis facilities and top-rated beaches. With accolades of this caliber, its little wonder guests return time and time again to the upscale luxurious getaway rentals available within the retreat. Located in the center of the Kapalua Resort with sweeping views of Molokai and Lanai, these elegant one and two-bedroom condominiums neighbor two of Hawaii's most famed championship golf courses. You'll feel echoes of the island's agricultural heritage as you gaze out over acres of former pineapple fields and majestic Cook pine trees. The retreat architecture blends into the environment, and gentle slopes give way to endless ocean views.

Beach

From your Golf Villa, you'll have enviable access to the world-famous Kapalua Bay beach. Within the horseshoe-shaped inlet, swimmers and snorkelers enjoy calm, protected waters, while those who prefer to lounge may do so on the white-sand beach. A reef just offshore makes snorkeling straight from the beach easy.

Other nearby beaches include Oneloa Beach, a quarter-mile uncrowded stretch of sand next to the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua along the Kapalua Coastal Trail. Continue down the trail and you'll come to DT Fleming Beach, again, less touristy and quieter than Kaanapali Beach. Head to Honolua Bay for snorkeling or surfing - you'll see tons of fish, sea turtles and colorful coral.

Pools

Each community within the retreat grounds has its own swimming pool area. Four swimming pools total (one adult only)
