The property is so convenient to the beach and ocean...just take a few steps! It has all amenities needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a fully stocked kitchen, as well as starter toiletries.

Perfect

2 1/2 hour drive from Fort Lauderdale airport , (without traffic), great parking, the condo was extremely clean, great location, private beach. The locals are very friendly, the beach was clean and sandy. It's hard to find a sand beach in The Keys. It is and hour and 15 minutes to Key West. There are a lot of great restaurants and bars close by, several state parks and tons of things to do.

Location is excellent! Easy to get to off the main road, quiet, truly steps from the pool & beach. It is an older building & our unit could use some updates but it was roomy & clean & good view of the ocean. It was the most bare bones VRBO I’ve ever stayed in as far as kitchen with only salt & pepper though plenty of dishes & glasses. Could have used extra dish rags & towels. Only soap in the bathrooms with hair dryer & flat iron. Beds were firm & comfortable. Beach items were available in the entry closet. The price was very reasonable for the area & we would definitely stay here again.

Property is a little older, but still very clean and well maintained! Kevin, onsite property manager, was awesome and always checking whenever he saw us to see if there was anything we needed. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunsets from the patio or from the beach area!

Family vacation

Nice property and good location. Being in the middle of the Florida Keys made it easy to travel either way. The time of year was bad for seaweed and the beach at the property was not suitable for going in. The condo and pool made up for that. They were doing construction on the property which was loud. Overall it was very good.

Perfect Vacation

I have stayed at this complex four other times. We love coming back. All was good. Maybe a little better communication on the construction around the building with the noise and needing to get into our unit. Overall, everything went well!

Quaint & Quiet in paradise

Condo is in a very nice neighborhood with hardly any traffic. Pool & beach are a huge plus and well maintained. Building is older but has been kept up very well by the owner's association.

We loved the area we were in and the condo was quiet, nice and right on the beach! It is an older property but geez the price of fancier places that are not on the beach just can’t compare to this one. We loved our stay there!!

Wonderful value

The property is great if you want simple, unassuming accommodations at a very fair price. Oceanview on the most natural beach in Marathon, nice pool and plenty of room for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again

Anniversary trip

Everything was great. Location to the beach and sunrises were awesome. Walked in and could smell and see the cleanliness of the condo. This is our 4th stay in these condos and this one fit us the best. Will definitely be back.

Getaway

Complex is older but is well maintained. It is on the beach which is not real wide but has good length to go for a walk. Our rental unit was more than adequate. Could have used more sun during our stay.

Fantastic

The condo was great, having a private beach was incredible, the location is perfect. Mary is wonderful. Boat rentals less than a mile away, a little over an hour drive to Key West, close to great restaurants and state parks. If you fly , use Fort Lauderdale and not Miami, the drive is 30 minutes longer but it will take a lot less time and aggravation to get through FLL.

Beautiful spot!

The condo is lovely, tastefully decorated, clean. The views of the beach, ocean, and pool from the deck are amazing. Quiet area, private beach. What more could you ask for!?!

Great Florida Keys Condo

Nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen (glassware, gadgets, etc) unit overlooked the pool and ocean. Screened lanai was a bonus. Overall property is well maintained.

Tired Condo

It looked great online, but when we got there it was pretty tired looking and not as clean as we expected. We had difficulty with the tv in one bedroom, noisy air conditioner, insufficient cooking utensils, peeling paint, a loose electrical outlet and blinds that wouldn't open. We did enjoy the screened in porch and the view. A little repair and replacement work would go a long way into making this condo go from just ok to very nice.
