Welcome to Seaside Villa, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of the Florida Keys on the serene Coco Plum Island. As you arrive, you'll immediately be enveloped in a tropical ambiance with stunning azure water views. A short drive down Coco Plum Lane leads you to our villa, perfectly capturing the relaxing Keys vibe you seek. Imagine yourself savoring a frozen margarita on your private screened balcony, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while gentle sea breezes and the tunes of Jimmy Buffet set the scene for an unforgettable experience of leisure and luxury in this slice of Paradise. Seaside Villa is on the 3rd floor in the middle.

NOTE: Seaside Villa does not have boat or boat trailer storage on site. If you're bringing your own boat down please arrange for storage. For storage options see our "Activities and Attractions" Page located from the "Local Area Guide" Menu at the top of the page. Boat rentals, snorkeling trips, or kayak rentals are available locally and there are many options to choose from.

Inside the Home:

The open and airy design of this home creates a welcoming and relaxing environment. The living area offers ample, comfortable seating arranged around a large flat-screen TV with full cable service. Expansive glass windows frame views of palm trees and the stunning ocean, while sliding glass doors lead to your private screened-in balcony—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials, including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The adjacent dining area seats four guests comfortably.

The master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom, fitted with two Twin-sized beds, enjoys abundant Florida Keys sunshine through its large window. The full guest bathroom is conveniently located next to the guest bedroom.

Outdoor Oasis:

Spend your day unwinding on the beach without a care in the world. Coco Plum Beach Villas is situated right on the Atlantic Ocean's shores, so beach access is as simple as stepping outside. Just behind the complex, you'll find a shady tiki hut and a waterfront barbecue grill. The expansive resort pool, offering stunning ocean views, is also heated during the cooler months for your comfort.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

"My husband and I were extremely pleased with the condo. Spacious, well equipped, perfect location, stunning views, and VERY clean. We were looking for a place to say in the middle islands so that we could explore in either direction and this turned out just as we had hoped. Spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool. We had meals at the Island Tiki Bar, Sparky's, Sunset Grill, Leanne's Coffee Shop, and each was perfect. We drove into Key West and went out on the glass bottom boat and had a lovely time. Also visited the Turtle Hospital which turned out to be one of our favorite outings. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the Keys without the hustle and bustle of Key West, this location is for you. The owners are extremely easy to work with and provide plenty of information to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.
Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway."

"We had a great experience and the condo was wonderful. It was clean, had everything advertised, and even had sand toys for our young boys to play with! The seagrass was raked each day and the beach was ready to enjoy. We had great weather as well and the tips for restaurants and things to do were also helpful. When we were there we couldn't get the wireless connected but there were other options and it was not a big issue. Overall it was a great experience and we would return!
Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing."

"We had a nice and peaceful stay. The condo was just as described. All dealings with the property owner or representatives were professional and courteous. Plenty of helpful information available to aid in making the stay in the area enjoyable. Beach was a little grassy but that is to be expected in the Keys and is by no means within any control of the owners or property management. We found the dishes, utensils, and cookware sufficient for our needs. The condo is centrally located within the Keys allowing access to all that The Keys has to offer. Scuba, fishing, boating, jet skies, Key West, Key Largo, etc.... Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
