New Year Tradition

My husband and I head down to Keys after Christmas every year and stay through the New Year. This was our first year staying at Royal Plum Club. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Management and other patrons were very friendly. Beach, pool, and overall property was was well maintained. Great value for location.

So Relaxing

Kevin is a great host! Only met him a couple times during our 10 day stay but every time he would always ask if we needed anything. It’s so peaceful and relaxing at RPC. Would definitely stay there again. The pool was wonderful and I loved the 2 kitties that we would see almost every night there. Great stay! Looking forward to going back.

Family vacation

The condo was spotless. Even though we were on a beach, there wasn't any sand on the floor when we arrived. We happily walked barefoot the entire stay. Kevin, the property manager was great to talk with and easily made changes when needed. Every complex needs a property manager like Kevin. The grounds were also spotless.

Lovely condominium complex with easy access to beach and heated pool!

We absolutely loved this location and our vacation condo! The only thing that I only gave it four stars for was I was told before coming that the seagrass was cleaned up once a day to try to keep the beach clean and during our 7 day stay, it was only cleared twice. But everything else was absolutely beautiful and if you could ignore the seagrass so was the beach the nice thing is they have their own higher level beach that was absolutely beautiful to still sit on and look down at the water

Great location for the price

Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies the condo is dated but is still overall very nice for the price point great pool and community. Beach is cleaned off everyday it’s in a nice quiet area with great restaurants near by. Property manager Kevin was very prompt when we called about something. Bed was super comfy, air worked perfectly deck was nice and screened. Overall very happy with our rental. Will definitely recommend this area to family and friends.

Great stay and good value

The location was great; just a short drive to great restaurants and things to do.The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened in balcony with the garden view. It was a very short walk to the pool and oceanfront. They provided chairs for the small beach. For the price, it was a good value, but it could use some updating, especially the bathroom. Kevin, the manager was attentive, and the other guests at the complex were friendly and helpful.

Improvements needed

Overall, the location met our needs. I hot some beautiful sunrise pictures. There are a few improvements that would be helpful. The TV/DVD player in the living room did not work at all. The fan in the LR was filthy. The refrigerator froze our food & was extremely noisy. The doorwall to the balcony was too hard to open and close. The outside light by the entrance door was out. The key fell off the ring. Luckily, it was found. Tried contacting the phone number on top of the stero, to get some help with the TV/DVD player. They were the wrong service and unable to help us. It would have been helpful to have the condo manager's phone number to assist with these concerns.

Great location but Laundry Room is scary

Clean but the bare minimum given.. We were there 10 days and only given a couple towels..Laundry room is old, cramped and machines are small and old. Given all the necessary info only 3 days before arriving so did have time to read.. no idea how to park when lot is full.. The manager worked only once on the our last day.

Overall satisfied

This is a older property, with decor and furnishings that are dated but comfortable and kind of cute. It was mostly clean, but we did need to wipe out the tub before we used it. There were actually hairs and some grime in it - not horrible but definitely not what you would expect. Otherwise clean, and worked out well for us.

Perfect stay

This place was close to everything we needed. I had an issue with needing something mailed to me that I forgot at home and the property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Beautiful place to stay.

First Keys visit

Convenient, clean, cozy and comfortable. Kevin and Meghan were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality! There were plenty of amenities for a week long stay. The AC and ceiling fans worked beautifully; however, the oven and TVs need updating. Even though there were record temperatures, The pool was too warm. There should be a way to lower the heat in the pool water. Thanks again, we had a great time!

Just what I needed

I stayed here at the end of May and it was wonderful. Most days I was the only person on the beach and 75% of the time I was the only one in the pool. It was the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

Clean BUT very out dated

Very clean.But after that not the greatest.Notes and rules taped to just about any place you looked.Antique appliances.Coffee pot does not turn off automatically so make sure you turn it off.Toaster will actually burn your hand if you touch it.No slkillets or pans from this decade.The front screen door is a left hand BUT the main door is a right hand so you can barely get key in lock with out smashing your fingers.We made it work and enjoyed our stay .Great pool .We have stayed at Royal Plum many many times.This unit is just older and uncomfortable.

Nice and quiet

The condo was nice and clean and bigger than your average one bedroom. We loved the large pool and beach area. This is a nice place for rest and relaxation. We hope to visit again!

Perfect location.

Perfectly located between Miami and Key West. Beautiful drive in either direction. Lots of great restaurants and activities in Marathon itself. Would definitely return!

This 1/Bdrm 1/Ba condo is a beloved second home, quaint and cozy with spacious, breezy, and uncluttered rooms where
you're able to relax. The screened in balcony overlooks the peaceful garden area, and is just a short distance from the complexes' large, heated
pool and the sandy, little, beach right on the Atlantic Ocean.
Tile floors except in bdrm. King size bed. MAX 2 people, with host approval ONLY, may accept 2 parents and small child or infant,
totaling 3 persons. NO boat, PWC or trailer parking, there are marinas nearby. MUST sign rental agreement. Lic#VACA-20-598
