Adequate apartment in good location

This property is rented through a management company, the right hand of which does not know what the left is doing. We have received an apology from the office for the inordinate amount of time we waited outside the apartment (an hour and 20 minutes) to be let in and the rude way in which we were addressed when we communicated that we had been told to call 30 minutes before arriving (which we did from a restaurant). The office had no record of our arrival time or arrangement. Just a heads up that you should confirm by email and phone. Small bathroom for four people. Adequate apartment. Easy access to Seville sites by foot.

Amazing

We stayed in this wonderful apartment with our two children for five days in July. The location is outstanding, as it is extremely quiet, and very easy to get to by car, but also just steps away from all of the main sites. The apartment is very spacious, completely renovated and very clean, the air conditioning works very well, as does the Wi-Fi. The person who greeted us was extremely professional, and also very helpful. She provided a map as well as a list of sites and restaurants that she recommended, and answered all of our questions.We would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice, clean and quiet apartment!

We really enjoyed our week in this apartment. Had everything we needed and walking distance to everything in Seville. 5-10 min walk to cathedral and many different restaurants and tapas bars. Very quiet and also had air conditioning which is a plus! Would recommend!

Central location, modern apartment

We stayed in the top floor Velarde apartment for 4 nights. It is superbly located near numerous tapas bars and restaurants, minutes from the Cathedral and the Alkazar palace. Very calm street, modern and well equipped apartment. Agency staff were very kind and you can organise a taxi pick up transfer directly from Genteel home. The taxi was such a nice guy. Would not change a thing.

Appartamenti corrispondente alla descrizione, in centro ma non nel caos, vicino a plaza del tores. I letti sono comodissimi e gli ambienti confortevoli, solo la cucina risulta essere un pò piccola, ma utilizzabile. Siviglia una splendida città

¡Excellente apartamento!

Mi marido y yo decidimos viajar a Sevilla ya que era una de las pocas ciudades que nos quedaban por visitar en España. Tenemos un gran recuerdo del viaje y es, en parte, gracias a que supimos elegir bien el lugar en el que hospedarnos. El apartamento está situado en el centro de la ciudad y por ello pudimos ir a casi todas partes andando. La Catedral estaba a unos 5 minutos más o menos y lo mejor de todo fue la cantidad de bares y restaurantes de calidad que encontramos por la zona.

A really nice place to stay in Seville

It was the first time we ever visited Seville and this beautiful apartment provided us with all necessary to make us want to go back. A strategic location downtown, comfortable beds and an unbeatable attention from the agency who kindly helped us with everything we needed. Of course, I'd recommend it to my relatives and friends. 5/5!

Perfect stay, we'd repeat for sure.

We could go to all must visit places walking (the cathedral itself is only five minutes on foot!) and there were exquisite restaurants where delight in Spanish gastronomy in the area. The apartment itself is welcoming and quiet and we didn't suffer any setback during our stay. I've recommended it to my friends and family and hope to go back soon.
