このユニットは、2019年9月に終了した大規模な改修を経ています。 新しいバスルーム、新しい家具、新しいマットレス、新しい寝具、改造されたクローゼットとホワイエ、全体に照明と新しい塗料が追加され、ポップコーン天井が削除され、クラウンモールディング付きの隆起したトレイ天井とキッチン、廊下とホワイエの埋め込み式照明、新しい装飾、ハリケーングレードノイズを完全に排除するスライドガラスドア、すべての部屋の大型テレビ、新しく追加されたキッチン用品。

このコンドミニアムは、メキシコ湾のフロリダ州インディアンロックビーチ（IRB）のビーチにあるオーシャンフロントの建物にあります。 建物の裏口からプールデッキに出て、ベビーパウダー、砂浜のように美しく、白く、柔らかい。 ここの水は本当に驚くほどきれいで澄んでいて、水に岩や障害物はありません。 湾岸に沿った最も美しいビーチの1つで、文字通り、建物のプールデッキから水までわずか数歩です！

Great location, very nice unit!

Enjoyed our stay, the building is very clean and it looks like it was recently painted inside. Our unit was very spacious and clean! Great view of intracoastal and of course you can’t beat sunsets and walks on the beach. Love IRB!

Coming back!

Loved it here! We will be back! Our only suggestion would be to have extra beach chairs and beach towels. Otherwise it was easy check in, owner responded to all my questions the same day, clean and comfy!

The unit overall was great. We travelled with a toddler and a newborn and there was plenty of room for us and to have family visit and have meals with us in the evenings. We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom but the host and the maintenance group were able to rectify the situation within a couple days. Lower units were undergoing renovations but it didn't have any impact on our stay. We really enjoyed the ready access to the beach out the back door of the building and the large amount of beach chairs and toys the host supplied in the unit. The heated pool and pool area were great as well as it was a little cooler the week we were there. We made use of the supplied grills down by the pool most nights to cook dinner. The only recommendation I would have for the host is a knifeblock in the unit. There were very few knives to be found and it would have made things a little easier if there were some additional ones on hand. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would hesitate to book again if we are in the area.
Sunrises were great!
We saw dolphins everyday and may have seen a manatee or two surface.

Great location

This was our first time staying at Indian Rocks Beach and I do not believe we could have chosen a better condo! The location was great!! We loved using the heated pool as well, which is practically located on the beach. The living space and both bedrooms were a very generous size. The sand toys and beach chairs were very helpful for our family of five. We would love to come back again!

Awesome rental!

The rental was clean, very friendly staffs and guests. Came here for a week with my family (3 kids age 3, 5, and 8). Loved the location and the beach was amazing! Clear water and calm water... perfect for kids! And pool was an awesome bonus! Totally will come back!

Perfect Be

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing, chill beach vacation. Our unit was clean and spacious. The amenities and decor were nice. The balcony is large and has a great view of the waterway. We saw boats, birds and dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you would need to cook a meal and eat it. When we come back, we are looking forward to staying in this exact unit again. The building is relatively small, so even in the short time we were there we began to see familiar faces, many of whom are repeat visitors to the property. Walk out the back door to the pool deck. You can enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean while in the heated saltwater pool. There are plenty of chairs on the deck, and they even have quite a few communal beach toys. You can see the sunset and some dolphins if you’re lucky (we were). Step off the deck and you are on the white, powdery sand beach. There are shells to hunt for but not so much that you have to wear shoes. We even found a sand dollar. It was exactly what we are looking for, and we can’t wait to come back. Short drive into Clearwater to do any activity you could want to do. Restaurants are close by car but might be a bit far to walk with small kids. Many restaurants deliver, and there is a wide range of food to choose from. The location itself was easy to find. We had one reserved parking spot. Check in was quick and easy. The front office people are very responsive.

Nice getaway

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week. Had everything we needed full kitchen 2 bathrooms. Balcony looked over the inter coastal and we even saw a few dolphins sitting out there. Go downstairs out to the pool and private beach that also had dolphins you could see. Very clean. Definitely will be back

Getaway birthday celebration

This property had everything you could ask for. Watching the sunrise from our balcony with a cup of coffee each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Walks on the beach while watching the sun set was beautiful!! It was a little too cool to swim in the pool, but it looked nice. It was a little hard to grill at night in the dark (maybe some lights (?). The property was so clean. Easily walkable to great restaurants and even a brewery!! Will definitely come back!!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

Adorable beach town, everyone was so nice. Pictures of the condo don’t do it justice. Rooms are large, kitchen is beautiful. We loved that there were beach chairs available to use. We saw dolphins from the back patio. Convenient location as it’s right next to the elevator. Shout out to the kind ladies and gentlemen working the front desk and grounds keeping. We will definitely be back!

Expectations Met!

We've been visiting Indian Rocks for 27 years and this stay was one of our nicer ones. The condo was just as depicted in the description. It has been nicely redone and was quite comfortable. The beds and pillows were quite comfy allowing for a good night's sleep. The kitchen had everthing you might require to prepare meals although we usually eat dinner out. The only thing that could be used in the kitchen is some more glassware. We don't like plastic cups so more glasses would have been nice. The bathrooms were somewhat on the small side but more than adequate and again, nicely finished. There were beach chairs and other beach equipment furnished although the beach umbrella needs replacing. Our only complaint about the condo, and it is minor, there was a peculiar odor. It wasn't offensive but just strange and unidentifiable. There are a couple of closets used by the owners that are kept locked so there may have been some sort of cleaning supplies or something of that nature causing the smell. The personnel in the office were quite helpful and easy to work with. Lastly, the entire building and outside areas were well maintained and kept clean and tidy. The pool deck and pool were kept clean and free of sand and other debris. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return!

Loved it!

We had a great time. Weather could have been warmer/sunny but nothing you can do about that. The condo was very nice. Property was very nice. Recommend-Beach chairs/towels would be nice. You can get chairs from the bldg manager but they are old and not the best.

Excellent location

I never received the check in information and had a stressful time trying to getting a call back to find out how to get the keys. Once we were settled we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable. We could have used additional blankets, it was cold in the evenings and there are only thin blankets on the beds and not any extra sheets or blankets in the condo.

Nice place!

The condo we stayed in had just been completely redone. Very nice and clean. Whole building was clean and deck and pool just redone as well as walk out balconies.

Beautiful Beach

The condo was very nice except the bathrooms. The view was beautiful. I was afraid I would regret not having an ocean facing condo but I actually didn’t. This is an older property but well maintained. It has a gorgeous beach. The only suggestion is update the the bathrooms.

We had a great stay until time for check out... we put ALL of our linen in the bath (always have with VROB) shortly after we have checked out I received a phone call from the front office asking why I have done this, and what was wrong with the mattress cover and blankets... and that they do not wash those unless visually soiled. (EEWW!) I was informed that I may now have to be charged a extra cleaning fee for "slowing down the trun around time." Other than the not so friendly front office staff, and the linen discovery, it was a beautiful place and other wise very clean and informative. Nice pool, plenty of beach equipment supplied (nice surprise) , clean beach, quiet, relaxing place, very family friendly. We look forward to our next visit. We will just bring our own linen next time. (Fyi, this is not in the home owner, but the establishment / cleaning crew who is at fault)

Thank you Stacey for your constructive feedback. I will make sure to address the issues you brought up with my building office staff. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the beach otherwise. Looking forward to you coming back again with a smoother check out experience next time! Update: I looked into the linen washing issue you mentioned. It is common practice in all hotels and similar establishments that the sheets are changed with every guest but the covers and comforters are not changed as frequently. They are regularly washed and if attention is needed sooner it is addressed sooner. The building follows the same procedures. I would like to also share with you that since your last stay, there's been a major renovation completed with new bathrooms, new bedroom furniture, mattresses, bedding and linen, new paint and so much more.
