@SandyCheeks30A is a 5 minute walk to the beach or take the 6 seater Golf cart. 4 bicycles and Large heated private pool surrounded by 7 large palm trees. About 1 mile (5 mins) to Seaside. Perfect location with walkability to great restaurants, Farmers markets, Shops, yoga studio & within 15 mins to Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach, plenty of great shops, food, and a fun Beachy aesthetic. We hope you enjoy your getaway to the beautiful emerald coast and find it a new vaca home away from home!

This home has a private pool, includes a 6 seater golf cart and four adult bikes. It is also conveniently located to many restaurants including fine dining, pizza, burgers, tacos, food trucks, coffee, ice cream, live music and shops, all within a quick 2 mile golf cart ride.

Beach cart, umbrella and 4 adult beach chairs are available for use.

Beach towels are available for use.

Downtown Seaside is 1.3 miles away.

Publix grocery store 1.6 miles away. I suggest placing an instacart order prior to your arrival. There is also a Walmart about 15 minutes away.

** This home comes with a STARTER supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent. It is not intended to cover your entire stay, please plan accordingly.

* This home has endless hot water and powerful showers after a long day at the beach for your group.

Private pool can be heated for a fee if $50 per day from October 1 - May 1st. There is also a pool alarm for safety when traveling with little ones.

Golf cart access requires signed waiver, copy of valid drivers license and insurance. Golf cart must only be driven by approved drivers.

Cars are NOT allowed to be parked on the street. This is strictly enforced and monitored by the local municipalities.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the home.

**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

House White Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.
