12 year old 2400 square foot single story home nestled in the Aquidneck Island Land Trust Greenway., close to Newport National golf course, Sweetberry Farm, Newport Vineyards and 2 miles from second beach.

If you want to get away and unwind, the tranquility of this property will allow you to relax and with plenty of yard for the kids. From the west facing back deck, enjoy beautiful sunsets with only 2 houses in view for a mile.

This home has an open floor plan with large deck for entertaining right off the kitchen and living room. Recent updates include new floors, central air and updated baths

New granite bar for 6, new furnishings and all new appliances provide a comfortable setting for a large family(s).

Plenty of parking and an acre of lawn.

Perfect house for our 2 families for Newport race weekend. Plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms. The recent floor and kitchen updates are beautiful. Our host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Property was amazing! It’s a lot larger than the photos and very clean and homey, back deck and yard are beautiful! Hosts are amazing and so kind, Dan also replied within minutes and was very attentive. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot!

This was my first time renting a BnB and the owner made it all so easy! He was excellent with communicating and responding quickly to any and all questions. The location is perfect and surrounded by so many great things to do. Even with all the amazing amenities, you won’t want to leave this fantastic, spacious property.

Great House!

Dan and Holly were incredibly quick to respond to any questions and went out of their way to accommodate us. The house comfortably slept 9 adults. We especially loved the great backyard, perfect for BBQs and playing lawn games.

Awesome for my sister's bachelorette party!

Dan was an amazing host! He was able to accommodate us with anything that we asked about! The house was an amazing size, and perfect location to the Newport Winery and downtown Newport. The house was very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean and convenient

The property made our group's stay even more memorable. The backyard is perfect for a cookout and lawn games while the inside offers plenty of room for sleeping with a fully equipped kitchen. The open concept living and dining room allowed our group to spend time together and comfortably eat meals side by side. Two showers with a large group was a bit difficult plus the showers did not drain as quickly as expected was the only complaint. Otherwise Dan accommodated our group with a late checkout to let us enjoy the nice weather

Beautiful home and property

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We created some nice family memories here. A deck looks over a beautiful field in the back of the house. We saw lots of birds, rabbits and a deer. A very peaceful spot. We enjoyed meals in the nice open plan kitchen/dining area. Everything we needed was right there. The owner was very responsive with questions and very accommodating. The house is not far from beaches and Newport. We also took some nice walks on walking trails located very close to the house. We would highly recommend this house.

Great Hosts, Great Property!

Dan and Holly were fabulous hosts during our stay. They communicated effectively and were very responsive to our questions for the visit. They gave us a great recommendation for a pizza spot. House was fantastic space for hanging out and cooking for the group. We weren’t able to take advantage of the outside due to the crazy wind, but the yard was huge and level for any outdoor activities! Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for what we needed. All comfortable and there were plenty of towels for us to use. Would definitely stay again with a group!

Huge yard

We stayed here for 3 days house was great. Dan was responsive and welcoming. Perfect place close enough to town and the beaches but privacy and quiet if needed. Plenty of parking and yard space for activities. Set up my volleyball net and everyone had a good time. Huge deck right out back with privacy. Definitely going to be back.

This house was amazing!

Had my sisters bachelorette here! It was perfect for the amount of people we had! Perfect location, right near the vineyard and the beach. Everything seemed like it was 5 minutes away! Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
