We were uninformed that our balcony would be completely unavailable for use and that there would construction that woke us up every morning. Despite our inconvenience the host worked with us to add an extra night for a cheaper rate. This was a great place to stay on the beach with onsite food options and lots close by. Still good value overall

This is a nice condo was plenty big enough for our family of 5 loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom full size bottom beds were nice loved that we had chairs everyday at the beach and the wrap around balcony

Clean and spacious

Not only was the condo clean. The furniture is placed accordingly so you have plenty of space. It is also right off the elevator. We will definitely save this one to come back too.
Great views as well.

We loved it here!

Convenient to everything as far as food, fun and shopping. The condo was cozy and felt like home away from home. We will definitely be booking again next vacation!

Great location!

Right on a private beach area, with a short walk to the public beach; reasonably priced beach restaurant on the property & nice pool too. The condo description was accurate, clean with plenty of space for multiple people. Definitely would stay again!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had all the basic items you could need and more. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to others and have every intentions of renting again in the future. No complaints at all!

Senior trip 2024

We stayed a total of 8 nights and overall had a great stay. Upon arrival we limited on linen but after contacting the owner they quickly fixed the problem. The corner unit was nice and it easily accommodated our group … we really enjoyed the large balcony!

Load in and out is very slow on elevators. Everything else was great except bedrooms were hot to sleep.

Double Check before booking

Summit Condo did not have the same rules referring to amount of people allowed to stay in the rooms. Beware of Summits rules and make sure they align with your Vrbo reservations. Summit was very rude and not considerate in any aspects of this trip.

Plenty of room and very clean

My husband, my 12 yr old daughter and myself stayed for a week. There were 4 beds in the 2nd bedroom. Our bathroom was small but overall it was a nice condo. The kitchen wasn’t very “stocked”- 4 forks, one hand towel and dish cloth. No oven mitts. We would definitely stay there again!

not as expected

this place was alright for me and my friends, however there was mold everywhere in the master bedroom, the washer and dryer did not work, the hallway bathroom has a hard time flushing. i contacted the hotel about these issues and they did not fix the toilet when they came to the room, and we never had someone come for the washer and dryer. the pictures are accurate as for the place.

Not satisfied

The property was nasty. There was something that looked like feces on the wall, cigarette packs on the balcony, a fork under the entertainment center, a dirty diaper behind the matress in the 2nd bedroom, the cooking pans were dirty, there was mildew on the comforter and something on one of the pillows! One of the ac vents had mold on it and was dripping water into the floor and one of the balcony doors was broken. And the bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom had come loose and slid down the wall some it could have fallen at any given time.

Family vacation

The stay was great. With little ones, i look under and around beds, edges of coffee tables, etc.. right away for previous peoples pills, to much fun, etc so the kids dont get ahold of them if they are left behind. This time i didnt. Went to get something that got kicked under the bed and found 2 pills 😬 the room definitely could have been cleaner. The cleaning lady came in without knocking 20 minutes before we had to be checked out. I get them wanting to get stuff done but Im glad I had clothes on- would have been a big surprise for both of us. The pool didnt have any set closing time, was closed right away at dark so the kids couldnt swim this time at night when we werent able to be in the water on the beach--that bummed us all out, we're on vacation and stay up past dark. Besides these few things, it was good; nice room and nice resort.

beautiful, beautiful view

This is a condo with a full on view of the Gulf from the 13th floor, so pretty. We had 5 adults and it handled that comfortably. We could all sit in the living area or around the table. There was a real bed for everyone. The building was older, but a major renovation was just being completed. The elevators were fast, but if one is down or if the place would be crowded they will be a major bottleneck. 13 floors is too far to climb. There are ~450 condos and 4 elevators, a design flaw. We did not interact much with the rental property managers while there, but interactions with them before the rental were a bit slow. Note, the building management does not allow rental scooters or golf carts onto the property. We had a very good time first week of March, 2021

I am easy to please so had a great time. Big sliding door didn’t work but other one did. Big pile of dirty white laundry in floor in laundry room when we arrived. Didn’t bother me- I didn’t do laundry while I was there. Lol. No good cookware- again I was not cooking, although, I did borrow a skillet from family in other condo to fix breakfast. So could use some nonstick cookware. But incredible views and amazing breezes on balcony. If not for the fans we purchased, condo would have been too hot but like I said saw the problem and fixed it. Easy. Ceiling leaking water beside kitchen bar but I was just here for a week, definitely not my problem to fix. Closet door off in bunk room propped against the wall, black mold in both bathrooms, again I am only here for a week. Had a great time with many of my family renting condos in building to vacation together. The beach, weather, water, activities, and food was great!!! Would not stay here again.

The condo with the 2nd bedroom set up to be able to sleep 5-6 children worked perfectly with our 16 year old twin girls and there 18 year old sister. The elevator is right outside the door, so very nice to access. The cleanliness of this condo has a lot to be desired. It is dirty! One walk across the floor and your feet were black. It needs a deep cleaning. The toilets, showers were cleaned ok. The pots and pans need to be thrown out and replaced. Need 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom (1 in each not enough for a week). Also, the bathroom towels are extremely small, would be nice to have actual large bath towels. The pool and hot tubs very clean. The actual grounds were very nice. They have a small restaurant that serves awesome food, very reasonable prices. We loved the actual building and its amenities, just were not overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. If your looking for a great view, can stand a little dirt, and your not looking to use the pots and pans to cook with, then this condo may be the one for you.

Broken closet doors, broken dresser drawers, mold on ceiling, mismatched items in kitchen, Toilets that barely flush. but again you get what you pay for.
