Great location just a quick walk to the beach, shops, and many places to eat. Spacious- four beds upstairs and a full kitchen, bathroom, and living/ dining room plus porch. No sheets on the beds or towels in the bathroom so be sure to bring your own, but the kitchen is well furnished with dishes, cookware, and a microwave.

Location is convenient for all amenities but if you have a larger group the quarters are a bit snug.

Great Location

House is in a great spot, don’t have to use your car for much of anything while you are there. One thing we were surprised about it that toilet paper and trash bags were not in the home but not a big deal to grab some. Also there was no grill on the deck as listed on the ad so that was a little sad. The house was very clean, and it was nice to be able to sit in the porch and watch everyone on the 4th of July.

great location

Older property, down stairs was updated, parking was across the street but we had two spots. Limited cooking utensils and pans. The location was very convenient. Porch was very nice.

Great location at the beach

Had a great week at this beach home. Central location, one block to the beach, front porch great to hang out on and people watch. Owner very responsive. Comes with a parking pass for a lot across the street. Clean home. Loved every second, will definitely stay again!

Best Beach on Earth

Stayed here last summer with my husband and 3 children. The cottage is a great. The porch in front really makes the location. You sit there til the wee hours and watch people coming and going, Quick walk up the street to the beach, shops, food and everything else that wonderful Hampton Beach has to offer. I am looking forward to staying again this year for the 4th of July and hopefully for many years to come. If you're bringing young children bring baby gates :o)

Best Beach on Earth

August Hampton Beach

The rental is in a GREAT location! Great for walking to the beach and people watching. Not having used gas stoves, the manager/owner was quick in getting to the cottage to show us how to do it. They were friendly and polite. Parking was by permit only, but didn't seem to be enforced. The cottage is older, but worked well for us. The cottage could have been cleaner upon arriving and there should be a mop and additional cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our stay.

Basic accomodation

The cottage have plenty of room, but the amenities are really basic, and the cottage need to be 'renovated'. I do not recommand this place for families nor for people looking for a place to rest, because the place is really really noisy and the neighborood can be really disturbing if you need a quiet place to relax. No Air conditionning. 3 minutes walk from a really beautiful sandy beach. Lot of cheap shops along the beach where you can find anything you would need for the beach,if you do not care looking like in the 80s. Maybe suitable for 'party people' who wants to have fun and do not care to sleep only few hours per night. In summary, would not go there again, and will not recommand this place to friends or family. Would probably have appreciated it better during my college years.
