Beach Condo with a view! 3-bedroom with balcony porch!

Newly renovated 2nd floor condo -- 3 bedroom 1 bath. A quick 3-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk!

This property has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a sleep sofa. All bedrooms have there own dresser.

Enjoy your morning coffee and the sea air on the balcony's table and chairs!

Kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, cups and plates and more!

Bath towels and linens are also provided and professionally cleaned. The whole condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each visit!

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house.

This condo comes with 1 assigned parking spot that is available May 15- October 15. You'll find it on the left side of the house (if looking straight at the house from the front). Additional street Parking available October 15-May 15, and there is a paid lot on the corner of our street where you can park your car.

This condo is in 3 min walking distance to Beach, 10+ restaurants, bars and convenience stores ( Christy's Pizza, Bernie's Beach Bar, The Goat, Ice Cream, McGurik's Ocean View and Royal Market just to name a few!)

Amazing can’t wait for summer

Please was clean and well organized, communication is very important and they were very responsive. Location was only 5 mins walk from the beach, which is great because the beach is very busy and noise so perfect place to relax. Definitely will be back in the summer.Thank you for the hospitality!!!!

Fishing weekend in Hampton

It is as described in the listing. The space had everything we needed, and was enjoyable to relax in. Beds are comfortable, and I was happy at how clean the space was. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect rental

This place is super clean and right behind Bernie’s and L Street Tavern. An awesome location, could not ask for a better rental this weekend! Highly recommended.

Fun getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our group. Location was excellent. Condo was clean and organized, had all the essentials. Rob was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place near beach

We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful.

Nice loft near Hampton boardwalk, just note the parking arrangement

Nice and conveniently located place. Parking was one issue we weren't aware of. The spot is wedged between the two houses and you cant get in and out when parked. You have to get the vehicle out on the street or behing the house to get in and load the car. Also, could use sole curtains on the main window. Otherwise, a nice place, as advertised.

Don’t bring your car.

We didn’t receive any information from host until we reach out for it. They asked us how many cars we had and said that there was only room to park 1 even though our reservation was for 4 adults. They instructed us we can park on the street which was false. The neighbors complained and threatened to tow us. There is no sheets or pillow cases for any of the beds as well as no towels for the shower. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the whole house and the couch had stains all over it. We had to purchase all these items. I have stayed in many VRBO houses over the years and this was the worst one by far. Not to mention the one parking spot could barely fit a Altima. Very disappointing and frustrating. Neighborhood was not friendly either as it was full of non tourists that you could tell hated the fact we we were there. Also It is an upstairs apartment with a very small steep staircase with no lighting. Dangerous!

Hampton Beach

The property is very accommodating to a good amount of guests given it’s modest size. It never felt cramped or tight between myself and my three children. It was extremely clean and the kitchen and bathroom featured really nice upgrades. The spacious patio is a great place to have a meal and spend time watching the sun set. The property shares close proximity with other units and there was construction happening across the street which was a bit too noisy at late hours but no fault of the owner. Parking is also not the most convenient but manageable. We would gladly stay again.

Cozy cottage in Hampton Beach!

My group and I stayed here for our friends 30th and it was exactly what we asked for! Cozy, local, and the owner was very easy to get a hold of (if we had any questions). I highly recommend staying here and looking forward to next season booking with Rob again.

Perfect location, amazing condo

My family stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and it was everything we could have asked for and more! It was so close to everywhere we enjoy going to, it was so clean, recently renovated, had an amazing deck with ample seating. The pantries and bathroom even had extra supplies! The only downside was parking (we had to park one car offsite due to NH’s street parking law which only allows NH residents to park on street). We will definitely be returning!

The condo is located on a nice quiet dead end street , just 2 blocks from beach . Convenient to restaurants and shops . The owner very responsive . Parking for 1 car but there is a lot at the end of the street to park extra cars during day and overnight

Nice place, great location, incredibly beautiful beach

First impressions of 18 Perkins is great. Comfortable, inviting and clean. We felt immediately welcome and at home. We really loved the whole atmosphere. Their were some negatives: the air conditioning, non-working laundry machines, no beach chairs or umbrella, and no dishwasher. The first week of our stay, with temperatures in the 90's, the air conditioning was inadequate to cool the rooms. The temperature remained at 86 degrees inside the house. With an open floor plan, high ceilings, and only one bedroom with a window A/C, the main A/C blew cool air but wasn't able to cool the living areas or bedrooms and it was very sticky and uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. The cottage was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but that turned out to be coin-operated machines shared by several units. Additionally, after depositing coins, the machines would not start. Rob immediately tried to get a repairman to come, but one was not available not until the 12th day of our 14 day stay. The shared facilities are inconvenient because when you go to use the machines, oftentimes they are in use. You can't leave your load in the machines, because someone is waiting to use them, so you're tied to the house until you loads have finished. We ended up having to go to the laundry mat 3 times during our 2 week stay. The lack of a dishwasher was also inconvenient causing handwashing or paper plates and lots of trash. The lack of beach chairs/umbrella would not have been a problem, but because parking is extremely limited, we could only bring one car for 5 people. We were too cramped to bring beach chairs and an umbrella so we had to go buy them. Had we been able to bring 2 cars that would not have been an issue. Having those items on site would have been great. Otherwise, we loved the place. Recently renovated inside and out, huge deck, comfortable beds, responsive owner, lots to do for tweens, gorgeous sunrises, many restaurants and shops within a 2 block walk. We went parasailing and horse back riding, visited Odiorime State Park in Rye, listened to free, live music, watched fireworks on the beach, swam in the surf, sunbathed, took long beach walks, watched the sunrise over the ocean, and just enjoyed being together with extended family. A great place for a family vacation and a nice home for gathering at the end of the day.

Great beach!

We did a quick family trip and loved the place. It's walking distance to the beach and all of the restaurants. The off-street parking and deck were a nice plus.
