Needs Work

It holds 6 people but doesn’t have enough silverware. There were 5 forks and maybe 3 spoons. There needs to be enough silverware to not have to share forks and do dishes after each meal. There wasn’t enough pillows either. We called about the pillows and they said they would be there that night and they weren’t there until the next day. The bed frame in the master was broken which made us concerned about sleeping on it. They didn’t fix it until the next day. These are things that should have been corrected before check in. The room was clean upon entering and ready on time. As for the furniture it was rough. The beds are not comfortable. They are so loud you’ll get woken all night. The chairs in the living room have holes. The patio furniture is falling apart. We have stayed in several splash units and this was the worst. They need to spend money on updating it. The furniture was very cheap and it showed. Nothing matched either. The splash property was very nice. The grounds are well kept and the kids had a blast. Unfortunately think rented private and not through Vacasa definitely showed on this trip.

Amazing stay!!

Our stay at Splash Resort unit 402E in Panama City Beach, FL, was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found the perfect spot for our family vacation. The condo itself was immaculate—clean, fresh, and welcoming. Every detail had been thoughtfully attended to, from the sparkling bathrooms to the spotless living areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed, making meal prep a breeze. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining this property. One of the standout features of unit 402E is how incredibly kid-friendly and family-oriented it is. The splash area and pools were a huge hit with our children, who spent hours having fun and staying entertained. The condo is perfectly situated with easy access to the beach, so we could effortlessly alternate between sandcastles and poolside lounging. The view of the beach from the balcony was simply amazing. We spent countless hours out there, enjoying the breathtaking sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We also appreciated the family-friendly amenities and the spacious layout, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only 2 minor drawback was the king bed, which unfortunately made a very loud squeaking sound whenever anyone moved or got up especially when trying to get a good

Great location from families.

Reasonable price for the water park amenities downtown stairs but this room is not as nice as another room we’ve stayed at in Splash in previous years. We enjoyed our stay but the room was not a high point.

Splash Resort 402E

This room definitely needs an upgrade. The furniture was dirty and very uncomfortable. The beds were also very uncomfortable and old with a big dip in the center. The light didn't work in the hallway. Only 1 channel on the TV in master and cords everywhere. Only 4 chairs on the balcony and an old rattan box that is falling apart. The fan in the living room made a loud noise while running. In closing this room needs a lot of work and upgrades along with new decorations that match. No issues with Vacasa or Splash, just this room.

The furniture was absolutely pathetic. Not enough silverware. Just simply outdated. Towel barbell of wall. No blankets for the beds. Pool is a joke. About 50 chairs available for a property that hhad 2 towers that were 21 stories high.

402E Splash Resort.

We arrived late in the evening, past office hours but check in was a breeze. The condo was clean. It was wonderful to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The only down side was the couch was older and needs to be replaced but not to big of a deal since most of the time was spent on the balcony. I would recommend that the balcony furniture be replaced with more comfortable chairs. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member to stay here. I look forward to our next visit.

Splash Resort Spring Break!

Overall we had a great experience! Just a few minor details such as the dish washer not working, limited silverware and no spatula. The amenities were amazing, the kids loved the pool, and the majority of the staff was very friendly! Loved the beach access, and the tiki bar!

Great vacation

This is an awesome resort!!! Love the splash pad/ pool area for when needing to get off the beach. Having different size water parks is awesome since we had ages from 2-11 everyone had something they could do. Will be planning another trip here

March vacation

It is a great place to stay and I would stay again. Needs new King mattress. Also we did not have a pot for the coffee pot, the did get us one but it was not the correct pot. It was not compatible with the coffee maker. Other than that we had a great stay. Staff friendly and very helpful!
