Really enjoyed the resort overall. Our room was somewhat outdated. There was a large chip in glass coffee table, marks and damage to walls, and the bar stools all need to be replaced and are damaged. There also appeared to be blood on one of the pillows, which we did not use. The top bunk of the bunk bed’s side safety rail is broken and dangerous. I would not trust children with top bunk. There’s no dining table, so the barstools being broken were a huge inconvenience. Bathrooms were nice and large and clean. I did notice whatever cleaner they use made the floors sticky. There’s only two elevators, so it made mornings to the beach very challenging as it was full nearly everytime they came down and we had to wait. One elevator glitched and reset while we were on it, and that was scary as it sent us to the top floor 23. We didn’t know if it would let us out if we rode it back down, so we took 23 flights of stairs back down. I don’t think we would stay in the same room if we stayed at this resort again. I did ask the owners questions a month in advance, a week in advance, and the day before and never got a response. I asked if beach chairs and umbrella were included, and I never got a response, so I still don’t know if they were and we didn’t get to use them. Because the resort and condo owners are different, they don’t communicate, and it creates confusion. Overall, we had fun. Nice balcony views. I recommend paying a little extra and staying in a nicer and larger room.
