Perfect location

My family and I loved this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again in our future trips to Panama City. Only complaint was the queen bed. Needs a new mattress.

Beautiful view

The family loved the large balcony and the view. The condo was clean and well stocked. The check in and check out process was simple. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and not very crowded.

Wonderful Spring Break Vacation

This condo unit is beautiful! The condo is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stock. Loved the huge balcony! Being on the first floor and next to the stairs is convenient, as we don't have to take the elevator to go to our vehicle. The condo is convenient to shopping center, restaurants, attractions, and next to M.B Miller fishing pier, which is a major bonus. I'm surprised this condo is quiet and not fully book, as it was during Spring Break. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to renting this unit again when we have a family vacation in PCB.

Descent loved the view

The condo was nice loved the ocean view absolutely beautiful only downfalls were 1 no clothes basket for laundry .Not much toilet paper or soap for dishwasher as you are expected to have them dishwasher before you leave. Please invest in some out door furniture. Other that everything was great. I loved my ocean view from bedroom as you have 2 different entry's to go outside see ocean view. 1 from thr living room and 2nd from the master bedroom that also has a private bathroom. I give it a 4 stars out of 5.

Best place on pcb!

This unit was so conveniently located on the first floor above the the parking deck. The patios on this floor are bigger than all the other patios in this building, which was a huge plus because the view is so breathtakingly beautiful. Starting with check in, the process was really smooth. The front desk was really friendly and we were able to go straight to our room when we got there around 4pm check in time. The room upon arrival was so clean and I loved the decor and colors of the unit. I was here with family, and everyone really enjoyed staying here at unit 103. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and while staying here, we were able to explore 3 piers, visit the conservation center, eat fresh seafood from the seafood markets nearby, and visit the st Andrew's state park. This unit really was home away from home. They had pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls in case you wanted to cook some meals at home! This was an amazing vacation and it was perfect staying at this unit because of the great location. The beach is secure with a gate code so our beach was less busy and felt like a private beach - awesome! This building also has a pool and a gym which was a plus! Overall I really enjoyed my time here and felt very safe. The only thing I would advise is that if you're staying for over 3 days, make sure to bring extra toilet tissue and paper towel! An amazing unit at PCB with the clearest beach waters!

First week in August

The back patio view was fantastic. Would have been better if others above wouldn’t have thrown and poured stuff down. Beach was beautiful. Convenient to everything. Clean and comfortable !

Condo itself is nice but overall disappointed

The condo and large balcony was beautiful but the furniture was old. The furniture on patio was torn and weathered, it def. needs to be updated. There was only one working elevator. 19/20 floors of people, you can imagine the issue. The parking is atrocious!!!!! Don't try to bring a large vehicle and not leave without dings or scratches. I'd never recommend anyone staying on first floor because you should have seen the amount of debris thrown into us. Cigarettes, donuts, paper, towels, food ... It was not stop. 😟

Beautiful views

Rooms were comfortable. Easy access to stairs and parking garage. Cooking in room was easy. Don’t forget the essentials! Cooking spray, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels etc

Bulbs and mattress

Everything was great. The only things that were wrong was some lamps needed lightbulbs and the queen mattress sunk in the middle so the couple stay in that room said it was Difficult to sleep on it. Other than that it was great.

Beyond amazing

We loved this unit. It was beautiful but simple. The views were amazing. Even though it was the first floor, we were still high up because of the parking. The balcony was the best part! We stayed there the whole time. We will return!

Bad experience

Construction on back porch due to removing an awning left screws sticking out on the ground so that when we arrived at dark we walked on the porch and my son cut his foot on the three screws sticking out of the ground I looked on both porches on each side of me and they had the same problem on their deck so seems to be a negligence problem and as I reported it to men came to check on it so hopefully they will do something for future residence obviously did not help our visit as my son had to go to the doctor and leave our trip early I understood that they were painting the building but this is definitely a terrible oversight as the painting has been going on since September it should’ve already been addressed This turned out to be a terrible trip because my son’s birthday was this week which was why we were celebrating there so I am quite sure we will not be returning to this place
