Welcome to Twin Palms #405A, a beautiful Gulf-front condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. This two-bedroom retreat sleeps six and offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters from a spacious, curved balcony that stretches across the entire unit.

Inside, you'll find a bright and airy space with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the incredible Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from light snacks to elaborate dinners, and you can savor your meals in the dining area for six, at the breakfast bar with seating for two, or on the furnished balcony as you take in the sunset.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the Gulf-front balcony, creating a serene space to unwind, complete with a private ensuite bathroom. Amazing Views!!

I recently stayed at the Twin Palms #405. The room was clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and stores. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the convenience of everything.

The unit was just like it was described. The pictures were very accurate of the unit. We loved being right on the beach. The pools were nice and clean. Walking distance to shops and dinners. We would definitely come back!

Great beach condo furniture a bit outdated (old) a bit beat up especially patio furniture. Patio door wouldn't lock (rusted) beds were comfortable but otherwise had a great time.

My stay in RM405 at Twin Palms

Everything on the property was clean and nice. Easy access to the beach and pool. The only thing for me was the patio furniture was old.It needs to be updated and the washer made a wierd noise when we used it but other that everything was great.

Perfect!

Beautiful in every way. Clean, great location, and beautiful views. We felt very at home. The balcony was a hit and the furniture was all very comfortable. Parking, if you go to the top lot there are 2 spaces right by the condo. There is a little set of stairs to the left and it takes you right to the door of the condo. Very convenient! We would 100% stay again!

Eventually everything worked out the gate code was incorrect and it was a little frustrating but eventually everything went well. This was our second year at this complex. The unit was very nice and if we come back next year we would like to book it if the unit would be available for the month of January? And what would it cost? Thanks again for a great stay.

We have stayed in this unit 4 or 5 times now. Last year we had an issue with the AC not getting the place cooler than 74. Someone came to check it and said it was fine but we knew it wasn’t. Made it difficult to sleep and enjoy our time in the unit. We had a couple other of other issues during that stay too, but really like the location and the convenience of parking for it, I did ask the properly manager at the time of booking if the AC was working well but never got a response. We rolled the dice and decided to go regardless.This time the AC was nice and cool - worked like it should. No other issues with anything else so we had a great stay. Master bath tub and sink still (after years) don’t drain well, but I assume it’s because of how much sand gets into the plumbing. Certainly not a deal breaker.The place is for sale, so we are hoping that it will still be available to rent because we are planning on coming back again next year.

Nice and roomy

Make sure to bring all your toiletries, paper towels, trash bags coffee filters, sugar… any spices you need. Or, run to Walmart once you get there! Could have used extra dish towel. Wish we had brought pillows as well. Balcony was our favorite hang out spot. Overall happy!

Beach great. Pool fantastic. Actual condo dirty and rundown. The location is so-so have to ride share to get to the restaurants in the area. No dish towels or cloths good thing there’s no real pans to cook with had to snake out both tubs so water would drain. outside metal furniture is so rusted one of the armrest fell off mold in both bathroom tubs and I have photos of all it will never go back.

Wonderful views and Great Proximity to the Pool and Beach

The dryer was so loud because the motor is going out and did not dry any of our clothes the four days we were there.The front door kept opening and I had to place a chair all night. Although maintenance came in the morning and told us they would be right back with a weather stripping, they did not fix it until late afternoon.
