This guest house was very clean and much attention paid to details like quality bed linens, towels, and a comfortable mattress! it was very close to Crystal River attractions! It was so quiet and I felt very safe there. I should have booked a longer stay!Also, I was so happy to be able to do some laundry!

Wendy did an amazing job of communicating well in advance. The place was clean and secluded. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Loved the little cottage

My husband and I always talked about stopping at Crystal River on our way back home from St Pete's Beach. And we're glad we found this lovely little cottage. Perfect location, beautiful interior, and also comes with two bikes. We will surely stay here again.

Cute little cottage in a cute little town

We had a fabulous time in Crystal River! The place is close to town, so we biked nearly everywhere. Jim and Wendy are excellent hosts! Very friendly and responsive. Quiet neighborhood as well. Highly recommend

Wish I could stay longer!

Welcomed by lights music clean and cozy space after driving all day in the rain! This place and the hosts are just Florida charm!! Great location. Quiet but close to good food and things to do. Wish we had time to bike. Try exploring for any manatees adventures. They were also outstanding!

One of the best Vrbo experiences we've had

Just pulling up to this place, you know you'll have a great time staying there. The size is perfect for two people, making for the perfect girls' trip. It's super close to the river, so we could quickly duck into the springs without having to drive to a launch. 11/10, we will definitely be staying here many more times :)

Lovely little place

Cute quiet peaceful little place. Local to all of our favorite places in Crystal River. It's a tiny home with nice sized living area. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom were perfect and had everything we needed. It doesn't have a stove but had a grill if we wanted to cook there. The bed was extremely firm so if that's not your thing the couch is comfy. Very well equipped. Like I had forgotten a pony tail holder and there were a few little tiny rubber bands in the bathroom, which was super helpful. Very tastefully decorated. Washer and dryer was a nice surprise, I didn't remember seeing that in the description but it helped out. I'm telling you if you e never stayed in a tiny house this one will have you thinking building your own. We loved it. The outside area is beautiful with a hammock and a fire pit. Lizards galore but only outside. ❤️ Super clean and if you happen to forget something it was there, like insect repellent (thank goodness they had some). Overall we would stay there again. It's pretty much perfect except for such a firm bed. There really is no other way to describe it other than lovely

Cozy Cottage

The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located for fishing, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were great and everything was clean. Nice yard with fire pit, grill, and deck. The hosts are great!

Peaceful and quiet

We stayed at this place over Easter Weekend. Cute and adorable house. Set away from the hubbub but walking distance from the river. This is a well equipped rental. Clean and had everything we could want. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, and check in was very clear and easy. We never got to use the bikes, but that was a nice addition!

Manatee trip on a rainy weekend.

I had planned a camping getaway. Rain was going to wash us out. I was able to book this cabin. . I am so glad I did. The little cabin was perfect. They thought of ever little detail. The outside area was so cute. I would come back on a sunny weekend and explore. It really saved our weekend. Thank you for a cozy place to stay.

Fishing vacation

My husband and I stayed at this cozy little cottage during our annual January Florida fishing vacation. Usually I do all the VRBO house finding and planning but this year my husband found this little cottage and said I needed to book it. I was a little anxious before we arrived because it was just a “small little cottage” but when we arrived it was a perfect “cozy little cottage” for just the two of us. It was super clean and even though it didn’t have an oven or stove it had everything we needed anytime we wanted to cook. We ate some of our fresh caught fish and even grilled some steaks one night. For the days we didn’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants in the area. On days we didn’t fish we went to surrounding towns/citys and enjoyed sightseeing and riding amusement park rides. We will definitely try to book this place again when we return for future fishing getaways.

We grew up and married in the Midwest, but Crystal River has been our home for the last 36 years. We often travel but there is no place like home! We live on the water and spend much of our free time on the Crystal River and Gulf of Mexico visiting Shell Island or the sailboats moored in Kings Bay, taking sunset cruises, fishing or scalloping with family and friends. We are proud of our little community which offers so much natural beauty and hospitality and love hosting guests from all over the world. Hope to meet you soon!

This property is a block away from our deeded access to a short canal that takes you right to the middle of Kings Bay. Our two rentals (main house/guest house) provide enough privacy from each other (new two-section fence partition recently constructed to give privacy), are surrounded by the tallest of trees of all kinds, birds galore and lots of shade. No houses behind, to the right or across the street and to the left is partitioned by more trees. - In other words, serene & private. We are close to the beach, downtown and all the amenities Crystal River has to offer.
