We absolutely love this place! This is the second year in a row we've come here and we plan on coming back for years to come. The location is perfect for exploring the area! Just 20 min drive north of Tulum and a couple minutes to the south of Akumal. It's a 30 minute beach walk, up to the town of Akumal.The house is awesome! The rooms are all comfortable, the patios have the best view, the private beach is wonderful for lounging and watching hermit crabs at night or lizards during the day. The pool on the roof is so relaxing to swim and wade in. Having two kitchens and living rooms is really convenient. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is a room upstairs which has a venting smell. This can be mitigated by the staff and opening the window and keeping the fan on.The thing that makes this place really special is definitely the staff. The ground keeper and the wonderful woman that comes to clean every day are the nicest and most helpful people. Upon request they will treat you to an amazing meal or extra guacamole and pico. You can also get massages set up in the house.The property manager is incredibly helpful and filled with information. If you want to get out and explore the area, Rhett can guide you to having the most incredible experiences. Overall we just love this place. It's an amazing way to relax in Mexico without the hustle and bustle of the big resorts.
