Great location!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Gatlinburg. The condo is in a great location with central access to the main part of downtown. This condo was well taken care of, the check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Although a small detail to some, i appreciate that we weren't required to "clean" before leaving like so many other vacation rentals (although we still kept the rental tidy and did walk our own trash to the bear-proof dumpster. We were 4 days into our vacation by the time we got to gatlinburg, so we did take advantage of the onsite coin laundry. The laundry area is secure and clean and all washers and dryers were reasonably priced and functional. We would absolutely stay here again without hesistation.

Adequate accommodations

This condo is conveniently located in Gatlinburg. It is with walking distance of town, which is wonderful because it is hard to get parking. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but the bed and the bedroom was very nice. The condo was a bit outdated, but it served our purpose for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy condo. We could not connect to the wifi. The sleeper sofa wasn't very comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay in Gatlinburg

The unit was within easy walking distance to downtown. Parking at Laurel Inn was readily available. There were plenty of luggage carts available to facilitate loading/unloading. The units were well insulated from noise. It was well supplied with appliances, dishes, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the price was very affordable. A very enjoyable stay.

Great location, kitchen was limited

Two adults stayed several days during spring break. The space was clean and comfortable. The location within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg was great! You get excellent mountain sunset views from the window at the end of the complex's hallway. We had planned to cook several dinners, but found that the kitchen was not sufficiently stocked (there were 5 frying pans and 3 strainers, but only one tiny pot and no cutting boards or toaster). We never saw anyone in the front office during our stay.

Quiet Weekend in the Mountains

Had the opportunity to book for just a short weekend and experience the lovely town of Gatlingburg. It’s cozy, quiet, and affordable. My only grief is one of my own, I left my charger in the socket! Beyond that we had a blast and would come back when the time is right.

Good walking distance

We enjoyed the short walking distance to the convention center and not having to pay for parking. The condo had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, but we never figured out the fireplace. Would stay again!

Great location for Gatlinburg getaway!

This condo was great for my husband and me to be walking distance to the heart of Gatlinburg! Couldn’t get the cable to cooperate, but didn’t mind since we were there for the sights. No dishwasher, had to hand wash dishes and silverware before using, but for price and location we were very satisfied!

Gatlinburg Getaway

The condominium and condo are outdated. Don't plan to sleep if you stay here. Between the construction that is going on behind the building, which starts at 6:00 am and the constant noise from neighbors, you won't sleep. This is the last condo before the parking lot. You hear everyone as they are arriving/leaving, as they take the luggage carts and rolling luggage down the walkway. Woken up multiple mornings at 4:00 am. People don't follow the quiet hours. Never got to sleep in once on my vacation. The pullout bed in the sofa needs to be replaced. It doesn't lay flat and the head part is lower than the feet so you end up sleeping at an angle. Also one side of the bed dips lower than the other side. The mattress is paper thin. You feel every part of the frame. Sleeping on the sofa was more comfortable than the pullout bed. The location was close to everything downtown, which is the best part of the condo.

Nice stay

We didn't stay in the room much because of the location about 7 minutes walk to the Sky bridge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable only problem was the bedroom had an light side light.

Vacation gone wrong

When we got there nobody was there. Couldn't get in . Called management they gave us a issue. Finally got it property inside was dirty. We had to go to the store buy cleaning stuff to clean bathrooms, and the kitchen . Not all the codes was given to us as we got lo k out in the laundry room. Then the day before we we're going to be leaving the door was lock out a day early by accident and we had to call management. So no it was not a good time staying there. But enjoyed Gatlinburg.

The keys system was terrible had a hard time getting the door to lock and unlock, did not get and email about the code to get in the place had to call. Do not know how much you pay for HOA but no one was in the office. If you took the step the emergency door were not opening that is not safe those door should always able to open. Over all the place was nice and clean
