Beautiful little cabin once you step inside it’s just like going back to the 1800s bear decorations. It’s like an artwork walking distance cause if you don’t you pay 20 to park nice clean big bedroom believe me 450 feet is enough for two people plus the comfort, the coziness, lovely place lovely place. Don’t let misguided by the outside. It used to be an old hotel but he has been refurbished elevators. You got carts to use to take your luggage up to your room two elevators and the most important plenty of parking space plenty of parking space I spent four days and it was beautiful. Use the car only to travel anywhere out of Gatlinburg, but it’s beautiful beautiful thank you

Everything was nice and clean in the condo and the bed was very comfy. However…the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall in though. Love the location. The out side of the condo building needs updated…it looks run down and old…but the inside of the condos are usually great.

Upon arrival we noticed signs saying parking pass required. There was no mention of a parking pass needed prior check in or in description of property. We did finally find a pass located inside the condo. Also the thermostat would not allow heat above 70*. It dropped to 60* our first night and the next evening upon returning to the condo the temperature was only 59*. It was 39* outside and needless to say we were cold!! We did contact the host and she stated that she would check her APP!! So apparently the host regulates the temperature inside the condo! Also not mentioned in description. You need to bring your own wood for fireplace, also not mentioned! The floors were so cold that you couldn’t walk around unless you had your shoes on. Frozen feet in just socks or slippers. Taking out the garbage was a bit of a hassle as well. The dumpster just so all know is located at the end of the building down a side street. Quite a walk!! As far as location the condo is in a great location and it was clean. We didn’t let all the other things ruin our time. We just wore our coats inside and made the best of a COLD situation!

The host, Sandy, is wonderful! She was so quick to respond! And left very detailed instructions that are easy to understand and follow! The apartment is VERY clean. The location, unbeatable! The decor is lovely, we really enjoyed this stay and will be using it for the foreseeable future on trips to Gatlinburg!

We will most certainly return! The price is great, the place is clean and very nice! My one and only complaint is the A/C is restricted to 70 and they don’t allow it to go lower than that. I don’t sleep well so we propped the sliding door to the balcony open to get the cool night air. Summertime I wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping here. I keep my thermo on 66 at home.

Check-in and check out was quick and painless! Wifi was great, and there was no trouble parking, especially for Gatlinburg where parking is at a premium! Location ws within reasonable walking distance from just about everything on the strip.Kitchen was a bit small, so I couldn't really cook anything, and bit of paneling on the side of the bathtub was detached, but this was only cosmetic. All in all, this was a great place!

It was very close to everything so that was awesome! The panel to the spa tub kept falling off so the electrical tape someone used to try and keep it closed didnt work. That was no big deal. The reason i gave this rating was because the coffee can was emoty abd there was no dish soap to wash the dishes we used. There was a spinge privided but nothing to actually was out the coffee pot or 2 cups we used. This just scares me. We did enjoy our stay until i went to wash the dishes.

4th of July getaway

Cabin was clean and designed very nice. We enjoyed the short walks to food,shops and attractions. Had a good stay. Perfect for 2 adults!

Great location for walking everywhere!

There was this the perfect spot for my husband and me. The VRBO had all of the amenities we needed for a five nights stay in Gatlinburg. The only time we needed to drive was to the arts and crafts district and Dollywood. Otherwise, we stayed parked and walked everywhere. Highly recommend walking the Gatlinburg trail, dining at Howard‘s and visiting Anakeesta (make sure you take time to enjoy the Astra Lumina light show)!

We enjoyed our stay…condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We love the proximity to town…just a minutes walk to the Main Street! Condo host was prompt with communication. No complaints at all! We would definitely seek out this host and condo in the future.

Pleasant Stay

The grounds and condo were clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and the bed and couch were comfortable. Sandy was great to work with. We would stay here.

Only issue i had was ac didn't work right and my daughter came to visit one night and pull out didnt work had a note on it not to use and had a blow up mattress there for use to use but would blow up had a hole i guess but overall was a great time. Thanks
