We loved our stay at Sandy's place! The place was immaculate. It was clean, orderly, and very easy to access. Very close to everything downtown, right next door to the tram for mountain access. Our host went far above and beyond and offered a free night due to a severe winter storm that had came through during our stay. Would absolutely love to continue booking with Sandy!

Sandy was great, responded in a very good timely manner when there were questions.Condo was VERY clean. Took me a few minutes to get the hang of the smart thermostat.

Inside heated pool was cold. The sliding glass door to the balcony was so hard to shut, it felt like you was gonna break it to even get it to shut and lock. Apparently the door has been that way since 2025 from what the visitor book stated from previous couples that stayed there. That was frustrating to know because we would have liked to have sat outside on the balcony and enjoyed it without wandering if it would even shut and lock, so we just chose not to use it. There was sticky “splatter” on the end table in the living room I’m guessing the cleaning person didn’t take their time to clean appropriately. It was a beautiful place. We didn’t use the fireplace. The Host was very responsive. It just would have been nice for everything to have worked correctly especially for the money that we paid to stay there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, and I'm genuinely glad you found the space beautiful and appreciated the communication! However, I want to sincerely apologize for the issues that fell short of the experience you deserved — especially for the price you paid. The sliding glass door has since been repaired and is no longer an issue for future guests. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to feel uncertain about using your own balcony — that should have been addressed long before your stay, and I'm sorry it wasn't. Regarding the pool temperature, I was not aware the heater was malfunctioning during your visit. Had I known, I would have had it addressed immediately. I've since contacted building maintenance and have been assured it is now fully operational. The sticky residue on the end table is unacceptable, and I've already spoken with the cleaning crew to make sure that level of attention to detail is a standard expectation going forward — not an exception. Your feedback is truly valuable, and I take it to heart. Every guest deserves to arrive to a space where everything works as it should. I hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future — I'd love for your next stay to reflect the experience this place is truly capable of providing.

Perfect Location

Beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! The owners were extremely helpful proving a detailed guest book, quick response time to our messages, and overall friendliness. My husband and I would stay at this condo again!
