Great location

Very close to beach and pavilion, ice cream and coffee shops. Comfortable and pet friendly. Floors need a good cleaning but otherwise unit is in very good shape.

Nice little motel room , clean close to the beach, close to golf , restuarants over all quite. Has some road noise and neighbor noise but it priced fairly

Great Stay

Great Little Beach Stay

The studio was exactly how described/pictured. Probably the cleanest dog friendly place that I’ve ever stayed at. My only complaint is that the condo right next door was under construction and it was SO LOUD. With this being a dog friendly condo, it would’ve been nice to be notified of that before staying. My dog was super anxious for the whole stay due to the noise. Otherwise, a great place. I would stay again, but would definitely need to make sure construction was completed.

Fabulous location and accomodations

Property was clean and well maintained. Great for a long weekend trip with my husband and canine companion. I have always thought if I was going to the ocean/beach, I should pay the extra for an ocean view. This rental is so close to the beach - an easy and no major road crossing required - that I would definitely book here again.

Get away weekend

Ok needed a getaway for my self and my dog. We had so much fun the property was wonderdul for just a weekend getaway, the only fall back was all day Saturday aboovr my room theybwere movong furniture hammering an making a ton of noise.

Nice Little Gem

Nice little place to stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. Great location; right across the street from Sunset Fishing Pier. The room contains a lot of hooks which is nice for hanging towels and bathing suits. The refrigerator is a nice size, and stays really cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location. The room was clean, check in process was easy, and parking was easy as well. Overall rating is 4 stars due to this actually being a renovated motel room, not a condo as advertised. Also, the water pressure was not good.

Small but clean, and good amenities for the price!

My husband and I needed a local stay as we are remodeling our 39th Street Sunset home. This little gem was perfect (and pet friendly which we required.) Clean and great location; close to main access of Sunset Beach, pier, and Island market/shops. Keyless entry with digital lock was easy to use and safe. For what we needed, this little condo was perfect!

Anniversary Getaway

This room is exactly as shown on the website. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, location is great. The only complaint we have is that the water pressure in the shower is very minimal. However, the water pressure is not a deal breaker for us, we will definitely stay here again.

Just as described

This efficiency was exactly as described. The room is on the small side, but that was expected. The location was great, the pool was nice and cool, and the room was very clean. The tv was a bit of a challenge but we figured it out. We will be back!
