Sisters trip

Location is great. Accommodations were great for our group. Had a minor issue with the dryer, issue was attended to in a timely manner. Would definitely book again should we decide to visit Destin again.

Beautiful Roomy Condo in great location!

The condo is very well kept, very clean and roomy. Location is perfect - walking or driving distance to retailers and restaurants. The condo manager is very nice and was quick to respond to all our questions. My only critique is it did not include things like basic spices for cooking, others condos usually do. And there were no beach towels either. But otherwise a great stay!

Beautiful condo

Condo is beautiful. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Bathrooms are beautifully updated. Balcony was large enough for us and our visitors. We would stay there again. The views are spectacular. The only negative is mattresses in the double queen room were very hard. Again, we would stay there again.

property overall nice, beach was great and glad to be on a private one. Would have been nice if there were some beach items to use chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Overall nice place and location convenient to restaurants

Clean but needs updated

Overall the property was clean but we noticed several things looked unkept and needs updates.. furniture was old and dated. Kids headboards werent even attached to frame. Balcony sliding doors and trim was peeling off. Faucet in kitchen sink falling apart. Overall the property was fine and clean but just needs updated looks very used.

Destin, FL Heaven on Earth

There was a total of six of us, all adults that visited this beautiful destination. It was myself, my husband, my two kids and their spouses. This condo was a great fit for my family. The views were spectacular from our balcony. The dolphins visited us every day in the waters that we stared at. Did not want to leave! Will definitely go here again and suggest it to anyone that wants to visit Destin, Florida.

Clean and just as described

Condo was just as described. Beautiful views, easy beach access. Double check the address before heading out -- was confusing. There was a knocking noise heard all night and morning in the front bedroom (HVAC? Elevator?) condo was very quiet otherwise.

Excellent!

This was our first time staying at Jade East and we will definitely be back! The condo was so nice and spacious. Beautiful view off the balcony and the convenient beach access was enjoyable for our whole family.

Great Property

Nice clean condo. Great location. Beautiful beach. Beach chairs and umbrella $25per day per person. Stayed on very busy July 4 week, yet only a short wait for elevators. Will definitely stay again.

Nice size and clean

The unit was fine. Rules are a bit fussy. The place could use a total scrub from top to bottom and paint job. The destin area is too developed and spread out for me, but the beach is beautiful.

40th Wedding Anniversary Vacay

This condo is the most beautifully decorated space that we have ever stayed in. The furniture is top quality and the unit's kitchen is furnished beyond expectations. I would recommend this space for your Destin Stay.

An amazing, beautiful property- the pictures on line are right on, the view is stunning. Just steps from the beach.. Perfect!! I wanted to see sunrise and sunsets and WOW! We’ll be back.

Weekend getaway

The Kitchen, bedrooms and toilets could have been cleaned more than the way it was. Cobwebs on the ceiling and fans. The air filters could have been changed. We were locked out 9 mins before our checked out time. Great views of the Ocean from the apartment. The oven needs to be updated. For a recommendation: The drainage systems should be checked to make sure it is flowing through before a guest checks in. The sinks and bathtubs were clogged and we had to call maintenance. Overall it was ok staying in Jade East.

Amazing place but issues with the fridge

The place is great, the location views all good, except the fridge I bought sea food and because the fridge took 24 hours to cool I got soil food, the welcome folder and rental agreement specify it so all was clear just don’t believe that actually it will take 24 hours to have a “cool” temperature inside the fridge

Absolutely gorgeous!!!

Fantastic VRBO

We had a weekend getaway planned in Destin and the location of our stay couldn’t have been any better! Great beach access, restaurant access, etc. If we get to come back to Destin, we know where to stay!

Do NOT recommend

We stayed at Jade East and it was a DISASTER from Day 1. We arrived after 4pm, put our things away, went to use the restroom, and the toilet clogged immediately. A few hours later, 2nd toilet clogged and overflows into the hallway. Sent message to property manager, and he told us maintenance would come by tomorrow to fix. Day 2 arrives, kids are complaining the fan in the 2nd room is broken. It is florida in June. It is HOT. Send another message asking if maintenance is coming by and also let them know the fan is broken. No reply. 11 hours go by. Crickets. Son goes to use the 3rd shower, the bathroom floods. Great. I call VRBO because i am discouraged and disappointed at this point. We paid for a 3 bed/3 bath condo for 4 days/3 nights and it was so upsetting. Day 2 we have 2 showers and 1 toilet for 6 people. Unacceptable. FINALLY on day 3 maintenance calls and shows up and repairs everything. Fast forward to middle of day 3 we are finally enjoying our last day and best beach getaways call me and tell me someone in the nect room has reported us for parking in their spot when our vehicle had not moved in over 24 hours. At this point i was livid and left a very ugly voicemail on their line after they said they were going to tow our vehicles! Needless to say we could not wait to leave.If you want flooded floors, almost no help and threats of cars being towed, book with these guys at Jade East. Do not recommend.
